It was an ok hotel off the freeway that's the only advantage

The room was dirty found hair on our beds The refrigerator had old food from past guests I'm guessing. Smelled bad. The snacks at the hotel so expensive it's ridiculous. People fighting in the hallways. I know it's not in the best city but I think hotel staff should monitor the parking lot better. Weird people walking around and looking in the cars. Didn't feel safe with my kids.

Breakfast? In check in we were no It offered the $10 voucher so we had to pay more for a breakfast that was inedible.

See above. Plus our bathroom door didn’t lock. The bed had a big lump down the middle.

Didn’t like that breakfast is not complimentary, you have to pay as it is restaurant style. The room itself is at best run own with a new decor but they cracks are still showing (literally). The bathroom had some type of sticky foot smear on the floor and the counter is cracking near the wall. The carpet of the room has a sticky feel to it.

I liked the cleanliness and the view of the pool and how close everything was such as elevators, diner, parking lot.

I didn’t like there was no microwave and just because I got room from a 3rd party for a cheaper price I was denied a breakfast voucher so I had to pay full price off menu. It felt like a punishment for trying to save a few dollars.

Need to upgrade to better mattress.

No complimentary coffee.
