No wifi and the room smelled good but a little to much

I requested non-smoking rooms. They both wreaked of cigarettes. There was mildew in the bathroom and a dirty wash rag was hanging in the bath room. There was a used coffee pod in the coffee maker and the floor was filthy and had not been swept or mopped In a very long time. The towels and wash rags had not been fresheners and the same with the bed linen. Breakfast was cold with only pancakes and sausage patties, cereal, tiny muffins and a couple of bagels. Breakfast was available from 6 to 9 and I went down at 7:30. I wanted some money back but they said it was too difficult to do that when I booked online and offered me VIP discount on my next stay but honestly, why would I ever want to stay there again??

The design of the hotels is better then most of the others hotels around .The prices are decent and the breakfast is definitely a bonus.

The toilet had hair on the seat and behind the beds was filthy and the towels are very thin and we didnt get serviced for our towels or anything I had to ask for more towels and didnt get a discount for the dirtyness of the Bathroom or bed even though I personally feel like i shouldve because that's nasty .
