The 1802 house is warm, inviting, and comfortable. It’s about 1/2 mile from restaurants and shops so the convenience is a plus.
The property itself is perfect but if you’re used to large hotel or inn rooms, our room was a bit small but that didn’t stop us from completely enjoying our stay.

Both of our breakfasts were fabulous (too much food, ha). I'm a morning coffee drinker and they made sure to keep my cup full. All three courses of the food was tasty. This is one reason I love staying at Inns.

Location is good. A 15 minute walk to center of town.The new owner was very warm and friendly.place was very clean and appeared freshly painted.
Room had no closet or dresser in which to store items. No shelf in bathroom on which to place my toiletries. Bed sloped to the right, in other wards was not flat and comfortable. Breakfast was good but portions were small. Ok for me but my husband left still hungry.

This is the perfect inn experience. The breakfast was exceptional, and the proprietors were helpful and friendly. The inn is charming. You need a car to get to the beaches and Kennebunkport.
We couldn't open the windows. The air conditioning was fine, but the option of opening the windows at night wasn't available.

Our hosts Eileen and Carl were wonderful. They were attentive and friendly. We liked the beautiful grounds that offered ample seating for reading and relaxing (and watching the occasional golfer as the gold course abutted the grounds of the Inn). The food was amazing (hat's off to Chef Carl). We really enjoyed having breakfast out on the deck. Having the ability to store our leftovers and beverages in a community refrigerator was helpful for our stay. We liked that this was a quick walk or bike ride to the downtown area, an ideal location to be away from the hustle and bustle (and noise) of downtown.
We would choose a bigger room if available the next time. This one didn't have a closet or chest of drawers.

The room was beautiful and comfortable, with a spa, a fireplace, an excellent bed and comfy lounging chairs. The breakfasts were delicious and over-the-top. The property is well located and lovingly maintained. The hosts are friendly and accommodating.
While we adored the delicious breakfasts, they were a bit on the sweet side - maybe a little more balance between sweet and savory? Regardless: go there! You will love your stay!

Carl and Eileen were the perfect host/hostess. The B&B is lovely, the gardens a dream to sit in and the breakfast not only delicious but so pretty. Kudos to Carl And a big shout out to Carl for getting my bag up the curved staircase to our suite. Staying there was the true highlight of Kennebunkport. Thank you

The breakfast we received each morning was just amazing. We also enjoyed being able to walk into the center of town. We had such a great time in Maine. Your bed and breakfast will always be our choice. You both make it extra special.

Comfortable and luxurious. The bed was outrageously comfortable, the jacuzzi was wonderful, and the breakfasts each day were varied, thoughtful, and just delicious. The proprietors also gave us excellent recommendations for things to do in the area.

We felt safe and protected during the pandemic. The facilities were comfortable and cozy and our hosts were friendly and helpful.
Breakfast the last day was carb heavy. Muffin, pancakes, and a bit of fruit. We prefer more protein. There were sausage with the pancakes. I don’t like sausage.
