Fantastic Spacious Apartment with Stunning Uninterrupted Views
Situé à West Looe, Trade Winds est le rez-de-chaussée d'une maison convertie qui remonte à la fin des années 1890. Une vue imprenable sur le port, East Looe, la plage et la mer est visible depuis les grandes fenêtres / portes de la baie du salon et de la chambre principale.
En retrait de la route principale, la propriété a sa propre entrée à l'avant accessible par le chemin de la route.
Looe est construit autour d'un estuaire qui mène à la mer et la plupart des propriétés de West Looe sont construites à flanc de colline. L'accès aux alizés se fait par une pente en zigzag depuis la route. Il y a aussi des marches jusqu'à Hannafore Lane qui longe l'arrière de la maison.
Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas de parking à la propriété, mais il y a un parking gratuit sur la rue disponible sur Hannafore Point (5-10 minutes à pied) ou des parkings Pay and Display sur West Looe Quay (2 minutes à pied) ou le parking Mill Pool (5 min à pied le long du port). Vous pouvez vous arrêter près de la propriété pour décharger / charger.
La propriété a été entièrement rénovée (avril 2017) avec de nouveaux meubles partout, mais mélangée avec des caractéristiques originales pour maintenir le caractère des propriétés.

This apartment has stunning views over the harbour and sea . The apartment is cosy and comfortable and we loved sitting in the bay window looking at the view . It’s a short walk to East Looe which its vibrant little streets and pubs and restaurants and lovely sandy beach .

Having stayed in and around Looe many times over the years, this is without doubt our favourite place to stay so far. Great location, amazing views, and clean, spacious and homely accommodation. Will definitely look to stay here again in the future.

Lovely , clean apartment in a Victorian house overlooking Looe harbour .
Attention to detail , we stayed over Christmas, and there was a decorated Christmas tree and fairy lights outside on the balcony . Nice touch !
Only one criticism, the duvets were not thick enough for the winter ! ! Overall we loved our stay .

A lovely apartment in a great position in Looe close to good walks the town close by and plenty of independent shops/restaurants/coffee shops within a 10 min walk. The accommodation is warm and welcoming and really spacious for 4 people the view from the lounge was amazing! We will love to return 😊

If you’re looking for spectacular views then this is the place for you. It’s quite a steep path up to the house but it’s worth it.

This lovely apartment is located in a picturesque area atop a high hill, with beautiful views of the ocean, the harbor, and the quaint town of Looe. The apartment is large and comfortable. Note that this is a self-serve property which requires you to bring some supplies---you should check what you need to bring beforehand. Apartment is accessed by steep sidewalks which may present a challenge for those with limited mobility. It was not a problem for us, however. We loved it and would return again.

We love this accommodation. All the facilities that we need. We eat in and out so the fully equipped kitchen is great. Having breakfast in the bay window overlooking the harbour is wonderful. The apartment is clean and airy. Booking was easy and good contact with owner.

We stayed at St Crispins in May and booked again for August. Once again had a super stay.
St Crispins is lovely and clean (comfortable beds) and wonderful views. I really enjoyed my cup of tea in the morning. Looking at the boats setting out to sea and watching Looe getting ready for the day.
Whilst St Crispins is available to book, it will be our number one choice. We all highly recommend it.

Stunning View
We had three nights in the apartment & it was everything we hoped it would be. The apartment was well fitted out & comfortable, the patio doors from the lounge & the master bedroom made it all the more special as the view from the town was stunning. Will definitely be back

Very well appointed apartment with a great view and a convenient location -- apart from the lack of parking immediately next to the property. Immaculately clean and bright. Well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds. Outside steps may be a challenge for older folk or those with limited mobility. Altogether a very attractive place!

This is a wonderful property with amazing views of Looe. It is very clean and well-decorated. The only downside is that it is challenging to get to (would not recommend for anyone with mobility challenges) and parking is not close-by. Otherwise, it’s fantastic!

The property is accessed via a steep path and has wonderful views. Tastefully decorated. Just a couple of things, only one toilet roll and no washing up liquid which was disappointing

Lovely Looe
This is a really lovely apartment with a homely feel and stylish furnishings. The veranda is amazing as it gives you the opportunity to sit and watch looe wake up by day and twinkle by night, you really feel like you are on holiday! Steep approach but fine for all able bodied persons and keeps you fit! We loved this place!
