The garden is really beautiful and the outside areas are really well kept

No kitchen paper towel is provided No dishwasher tablet available Our 2 year old niece found a tablet on the bedroom floor which was quite dangerous as we don't know where it came from. The floor under the beds hadn't been cleaned in a very long time All bathroom only have hair conditioner but no shampoo or shower gel or soap. The bedroom floor in studio was seeping water. Mould in the bathroom. The doorknob was taped and said do not touch, but how can you get through the door without touching the door handle? Toilet double flush didn't work and most of the cupboards and storage areas were locked shut...

Location, garden, space, proximity to town and comfortable. It was great to meet the host in person and they were very helpful when we contacted them about locking the keys in the cottage.

considering how many people were staying/using the facilities and the supply of toilet aper could have been better. Very small thing I know.

The property was beautiful with so many nice touches and was well equipped. A great house for kids and easy walking distance to town.

We couldn't get the microwave to work properly but aside from that, everything was great!

The house and studio were well provided. Heating was adequate. Could have more lighting in the studio bathroom. The garden lovely. An ideal place in summer to use the outdoor areas.

Location and Property excellent.

Let down by poor management of the property. 4 days to respond. Inaccurate instructions to reset lock box which I gave them feedback on which they agreed and will correct their sentence. And if you didn't they threaten to charge a $30 dollar fee. And they then rang and asked why we reset the lock box.. 3pm late check in.

the location perfect an easy walk into town & the layout of the house is great. We thoroughly enjoyed the terrace room soo relaxing & the studio room is designed very well. The beds were very comfortable too.

Great location, well equipped, beautifully furnished, warm and cosy. Loved having an early check-in and late check-out, much appreciated. Wonderful stay, would be glad to re-visit.

Two slice toaster for eight people, manageable but 4 slice toaster would have been better. Otherwise no complaints, all positive.

Perfect place for our family of 6 adults and one baby for our weekend away. Kathleen was a fantastic host and everything was very easy. We were given an early check-in and late check-out which made it extra special!

The swing on front veranda was a favourite. The house was a great size for the family, to have Netflix would have been a bonus for the children with another TV. The setting was beautiful for bridal photos

House was big enough for 8 adults with young kids/babies. Close to the local town centre.

Loved the community areas where the family could gather. The gardens are superb and everyone enjoyed looking out from the lounge area to the private garden. The kitchen was well equipped and we had a wonderful family Christmas there.

Nothing really. The beds were extra firm so somewhat softer mattresses would have added to the overall experience.

This place was so amazing and the host was so accomodating to us when we had a tonne of questions about access for the elderly and someone in a wheelchair prior to checkin. Stayed with 10 family members and it couldn’t have been easier. The fire was super warm and there were tonnes of extra blankets around, as well as being a short walk from town to grab coffee and wander through the shops.

The kitchen had small bench space to prepare food as a group - only really works for three people at a time which meant I got off cooking duty 😄

Beautiful setting and a great escape if you just want to get away and chill out
