The beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom soaps and lotions were great. When we were able to get breakfast it was good.

The information that the staff gave us was wrong for the breakfast hours so we were only able to take part in that for one morning. We needed more towel and washcloths and we were told that the hotel was out of towels and washcloths and we would have to wait a few hours to get fresh ones. We never were told that there was not enough staff to clean our room until we called the front desk to inquire why our room was not cleaned. I slipped in the bathroom because I thought that there was grip inside, there was nothing to keep you from slide down. I had to hold on to the handle to take a quick show. There was some kind of construction going on upstairs above our room early in the morning and we called to complain and was told there should not have been anyone in that room. No one checked to see or even called us back to see if the noise had continued.

The rooms are very noisy, so thin walls. We could hear all kinds of activity when trying to sleep. There was a group of kids there for a soccer tournament which was the cause I believe, but it honestly sounded like gymnastics on the floor above us. Not great when trying to sleep before a marathon. Also, requested room service and no one came until last day of our stay, (4 nights) and by then we were checking out in the morning so just said pass. But we ran out of toilet paper, towels, and had to fetch our own, which wasn’t that big of a deal, but apparently the hotel ran out of toilet paper and the lady basically said she hasn’t nothing to give me and not her problem. I was dumbfounded. She eventually gave us a roll from another room that wasn’t being used. Also during breakfast kept running out of coffee so I think they need to manage inventory better.

Clean, quiet, nice location

When a girls soccer team arrived in Friday and the loud talking by parents and kids in hallways and rooms kept us up/ woke us up.
