Great location for the town centre, quiet in basement flat. TV had all the channels you need

One window provides limited natural light. That's the only thing really!!

Location, nice apartment and clean

Could of done with extra pillow and sheet or blanket. Internet wasn't strong enough as tv was not working properly because of this as no pictures but had sound.

Great location. Even though we were in the basement, it didn't feel claustrophobic. Closer to everything, really, great Irish pub next door

Living room very small

Lovely apartment on the 4th floor. Very clean, great location but extremely quiet as it's at the back of the building.

The lift is scary - very slow with a few shudders on the way up, but clearly worked OK. Some instructions on how to use the TV would have helped, I could only ever get music on YouTube, no picture.

The location was amazing and they answered calls and texts very quickly and delivered us a fan after asking about the aircon

The apartment wasn’t what I expected. Too good advertise their apartments have aircon, but ours did not despite it being a more expensive apartment. The pictures shown on this website are of the other apartments which are much nicer, ours did not have a window anywhere other than the living room and hence why no pictures of our apartment are shown. We visited during a very hot visit otherwise it wouldn’t have bothered us so much. They didn’t send the check in information so I did have to call and ask but they did reply straight away when I did. Lighting is not great throughout the apartment, made worse by not having windows WiFi was not good, we couldn’t get anything to work so ended up using mobile data but it’s very poor in the apartment

Location was absolutely perfect, meter’s from the old town & 20mins from Jewish Quarter, just perfect. Lots of great bars, coffee shops & restaurants.

The room location was fantastic, and the cleanliness was superb.

Bed a little hard with only one pillow each. I am 33 weeks pregnant, though, so that was the reason why I was uncomfortable, haha!

The location was great, clean, and quiet apartment.Stuff was friendly and helpful.

Definitely, the shower gel and dishwasher soap was the same, so that needs to be changed.

Clean comfy accommodation, in an absolutely fantastic location. Great communication from host and accommodating with early check-in. beautiful historic building with good sized bathroom and shower, small kitchen perfect for our needs and comfy lounge perfect for watching a movie when we needed a quiet last evening. everything provided that we would need such as tea and coffee for arrival, hairdryers and iron, big fridge/freezer and cooking facilities (not used). plenty enough storage for 4 adults for a long weekend away! Wifi was also suitable enough for 4 of us to catch up on emails and chats at the same time.

Instructions to access weren’t the most clear but we got through in the end.

Comfortable bed, new appliances, newly remodeled apartment. Great location.
