What a great place to celebrate our 50th anniversary with family and my best man. We would/will rent this property again. Our host, Mark, was very easy to work with and gave us all the information we needed.

From the moment we pulled up to the pristine dock on our 22ft boat, we felt like we were home! Great spot on a charming canal in a lovely neighborhood. The location couldn’t be better for day cruising and exploring the beautiful waterways. Moreover, since Islamorada offers everything we wanted to do and more, we were perfectly satisfied. Other than everything I thing in the house being comfortable and clean, We especially loved having the huge kitchen, filtered water and a large ice maker at our convenience each day. Will stay again!

Everything was as advertised great for boaters would go back again

We absolutely loved staying at this incredible home. Mark was excellent to work with and returned communications promptly. The proximity to the Gulf and the Atlantic by boat was very ideal. We caught several very nice size lobsters literally 5 minutes from the house in the Gulf Side Bay at the end of the canal. The neighborhood was very clean, safe and friendly. The pool, hot tub and dock were very nice amenities along with the kayak. I would highly recommend this home for a wonderful Florida Keys experience. Safe travels!

Excellent experience, house was wonderful pool was amazing kids spent hours playing and swimming in the pool. Property manager was fabulous answered any questions we had. We were given detailed check in and check out instructions. Mark stayed in contact with us from the time we booked our vacation a year ago until our stay. Highly recommend.

We had a 2 week stay, the home is totally set up with everything you need for a comfortable stay. If you stay in and cook the kitchen has everything you would need for any meal of the day. If you prefer going out there are plenty of place to go, or go pickup or have delivery from Enrico’s. Pool area is relaxing.

Beautiful house, great location, caught many fish off the dock (grunts, mangrove snapper and a hogfish!) We saw manatee, a shark and tons of jellyfish in the canal.

The house was extremely nice and as pictured and described. Neighborhood was quiet and other homes well maintained. Outdoor space was perfect for family time. Canal and surrounding waters were very navigable. Easy access to the Atlantic in 15 minutes. Close to numerous restaurants and groceries. Would rent again!

This was an ideal fit for our family. Great location, kids LOVED the pool - everything was exactly as pictured. Kitchen was well-stocked and beds were super comfortable. Mark made sure we had everything we needed at all times. We hope to go back!

Had a great trip. House matched all the pictures. Mark and Mike were awesome, they answered all our questions. We brought a boat with us. The dock worked out perfectly. Looking forward to coming back next year.

Great experience

We enjoyed every minute of our stay last week in the keys! The location was great. At the North end of Islamorada so you didn't get stuck in the traffic, but a short drive to all the great restaurants and shops. The house was wonderful to keep our boat on the dock. Every day we cooled off in the pool after a long day of fishing and lobstering. Mark provided us with added extras like Tupperware, some spices, coffee maker, blender for drinks, and a glorious ice maker! We would love to have a refrigerator added downstairs by the pool and a fish station on the dock, but otherwise this place is perfect!

Had a great time at Marks place. Place had tons of room for our whole family and the kids loved the pool. The home was very clean and the kitchen was the beat feature. It was a fully loaded kitchen, with everything you need to cook with, on or in. We’ve stayed in a lot of home rentals over the years and this place had the most comfortable mattress’s of any of them by far. Mark (and mike property manager) were awesome and available if and whenever we had any questions about the home. Great location, which makes it great for the drive in, because you get off right there where the real backed up traffic begins going into/towards islamorda. The canal the home is on is also fantastic, easy to get in, out and quick to Tavi creek or very shirt ride to snake creek. Also, it’s real close to the 7/11’s newer marine filling station, which has the cheapest rec 90 by at least .50-.75 cents . Highly recommend this place for families wanting to enjoy all the keys have to offer.

Well maintained newer property. Very comfortable. Only suggestion would be to add additional outdoor seating on upper deck.

We had a great time! House was perfect size and great location. Loved the pool, canal view and outdoor living space!. Perfect if you bring a boat. However, the rooms upstairs had carpet which was worn and had a foul odor. Plus the bed comforters needed updating and the electronics were difficult to operate. Beware of additional fees and your total capacity. If you’re over 8 people you get charge $450 extra which I don’t think was right being the house advertise it sleeps 10 I would recommend this house, but would love to see the owner update the carpet and bedding!

Gorgeous piece of property with fun wildlife right off the dock on the canal. We were a party of 8 with a 2year old, 6 year old, 8 year old, and 5 grown-ups. The space suited us quite well. The twin beds all had trundle pull-outs that could adjust to split full size beds - maybe not ideal for a couple to sleep on, but perfect for kids or a solo grown up!There were pool toys on-site, including some snorkeling sets, some sand buckets, a few beach towels (if you're a large group - bring a few extra beach towels).The kitchen was super well-appointed with blender, drink cozies, some dishwasher detergent (which is not always provided at VRBOs), all the cookware needed to make a good meal, plastic glasses for by the pool, a wine fridge, ice machine and good drinking water from the fridge. Washer and Dryer were accessible and included a couple of starter things of soap. Pictures don't do the place justice We wanted a home we could quarantine in and this was perfect. We saw a crocodile and some manatees from the kayak - we saw manatee and nurse sharks from the dock along with tons of little fish. We rented a boat from A1 Water sports and although a little beat up - it got the job done and made for a super fun day! Would not recommend Morada Bay as a restaurant - great for the view - but dont expect any level of customer service. MM88 was fantastic for the view, the service AND the food and had live music on Friday as well. Robbies was fantastic for feeding the tarpin but watch out for the pelicans - my daughter was watching a fish when a pelican snuck up behind her and snatched it out of her hand - we had mixed reviews at Made2Order but great for a small group for sure. and be sure to grab a key lime pie from the trading post.We would definitely rent here again and our son (6) said he wants to buy and it and live there forever! Everything is as or better than described. Excellent kitchen, delightful decks, Pool and Spa. We saw and crocodile.

This property is so amazing I have already referred it to 2 friends in other parts of the country. In addition to the beautiful house/pool, we had access to a kayak, saw a nurse shark, tons of fish and we had a pod of 6 manatees approach the pier. So close we got to pet them. Highly recommend.

Home is as shown in pictures, Owner Mark is very responsive and is the best VRBO owner we have had the pleasure to deal with over the years. Home is in desirable location and is convenient, all house instructions are clear and as needed to enjoy your time. No problems at all with this rental and would definitely recommend!

The house is beautiful, kitchen well stocked. Bathroom in the master bedroom has a great shower. Teenagers took the basement rooms and the adults and smaller children took the upstairs rooms. The neighborhood is quiet and the people are friendly. Mark has fishing poles available to fish right on the canal. We used the kayak once but had a hard time getting it and us in the water. The pool and hot tub were perfect. The hot tub didn’t heat up the first three days, but Mark let us know and sent someone to fix it. After that we enjoyed it every night! So beautiful to see the stars while sitting in the hot tub at night! We went fishing with the neighbor Scott twice and caught between 60-100 fish each time! Scott was an interesting and great guide. We took our catch to Aurthurs Island Kitchen and the chef made us a family style dish with four kinds of fish, fries and veggies! Lemon basil was my favorite and my husband loves the macadamia nut crusted fish! I highly recommend Arthur’s! Restaurants are really struggling but many have outdoor dining and take out available. Mark was super responsive and we really enjoyed our stay!

Seamless, convenient, and comfortable.

Everyone loved the house and amenities. The location is nice and the neighbors we met were very friendly. It was really neat to be able to walk out the back door and see manatees swimming in the canal.
