The apartment was spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the view from the balcony was the highlight. The whole building is in a very good position with the main beach and the main restaurant area both just a minute's walk away. Our host, Efthimia, was so friendly and helpful, and was often close by to chat to or ask questions. I would not hesitate to return.

My partner and I had the opportunity to stay at Efthimia’s beautiful apartment in Kokkari/ Samos for one week. Efthimia is such a great host! With all her love, passion and professionality she makes your stay very special indeed. The apartment is very well located. The small stony beach in front of the apartment is “nearly private”. Sitting on the balcony, having a coffee, watching the little fisherman’s boats rocking on the mild waves; you will relax immediately. If it’s to calm for you, just walk few meters to the left or to the right and you will find restaurants, bars and small shops. Coming back at night after a good dinner and drinks you will find the small bay very convenient and quiet for a good night sleep. Surrounded by this natural beauty, Efthimia created her high standard, very clean and beautiful arranged house with lots of plants in the patio you are free to use also. From the moment you arrive you feel home and welcome. We recommend the location and the fantastic host. If you have stayed once you will come back soon. Thank you Efthimia! The property was a beautiful apartment, tastefully decorated, with incredible views of the little port of Kokkari and a small beach at the doorstep. Perfectly located in a quiet corner between two busier areas with direct access to restaurants and stores. The apartment has a beautiful terrace with views of the little bay. Our host Miss Efti took very good care of us and treated us to some local home made delicacies as well.

It’s an absolute joy to stay in the beautiful Eftopia Appartement! We spend a week there with our three kids when visiting Samos for a Greek wedding. The location is excellent with a direct view on the beach, where you can occassionally see dolphins swim by. The gravel-beach outside the appartment is clean and quiet, as is the water. Everything you need, is nereby at kokkari with a lively center where you can eat at tables near the sea and enjoy the warm hospitality of the people of Samos. But what stands out the most was the warm welcome and outstanding service of our host Efthimia. She and her staf really took care of us, made sure our kids fellt at home, were spoiled with pancakes and our appartment was clean. We would highly recommend a stay over there and it would be our place to return when we would visit Samos again.

Beautiful view from our balcony. Airy apartment and well appointed bathrooms. Efi extremely hospitable. Lent us clothes when our luggage was delayed. Left us delicious food and snacks through the week. Peaceful location, yet only five minute stroll to tavernas and shops. Thank you Efi!

Efi was a super nice and kind host and gave a warm welcome to us as soon as we arrived. The location was perfect, literally next to sea. The rooms were cleaned every day, along with the towels and other stuff. It was within a walking distance from beautiful beaches in the north. Good restaurants for breakfast and dinner are very close by as well. It was a pleasure to stay there and we are looking forward to meet with Efi again.

Superclean, enough space, beautifull view. Efi was a super host, every day she came with a surprise like pie, cake or a snack. The beds are very comfortable and we had clean sheets every other day. The best appartment to stay in Kokkari!
