The iron on the mattress had risen up and down, causing pain in my waist. The AC is dirty, the throat hurts. Wifi unreliable. If you're not stuck, it's better to look for other accommodation.

There were many people at the reception complaining about their booked rooms not available including mine. I booked 3 person 1 room (and so did many others) ended up in a 2 person room with 3 person. Also, they did not have any towels, and so I insisted and got a really ragged towel. Feel so sorry for the staff working there, as they were really nice and stressed out from the mismanagement of bookings and under supplied for their needs. The management really needs to know this. Also the staff at the restaurant were really lazy. Not like the other staff in the hotel.

Water dispenser is provided to refill the your bottle and it is very helpful to ensure our daily water requirement. All staff are very helpful, keep it up!

The restaurant timing especially during Ramadan and pandemic is not meet the expectation. The wall is not noise proof.
