Had a wonderful experience at Ki Kiba Dhee. Hats off to Mr Pawan for his excellent hospitality and courtiousness. Hope to vist again.

Great location and a well-built property. The view from the balcony was to die for! Spacious rooms with a fully functional kitchen.

Having access to hot water in such a cold place is the most basic amenity anybody would expect, but sadly, even after complaints, this issue was never addressed by the owner. It had a bathtub just for decoration purposes since the geyser barely worked for 5 mins atmost. Also, the owner/caretaker was very arrogant and did not even try to acknowledge our complaints. Instead, he got aggressive and dealt with the situation in the most unprofessional manner, asking us to shut up, pay and leave and did not even have manners to talk to women. In all, a good trip, a nice property, but a terrible owner/caretaker.

First of all the the manager/ the host Mr. Pawan is so helpful & very careful which makes our staying peaceful. He eagerly guides us for anything i.e. shopping, moving around the outside etc. All the required amenities were availble & work properly at the property.

We faced little bit a problem unlocking the doors.

Position, cleanliness and behaviour.

The attached bath to the bedroom required a geyser. Without geyser it is very difficult to negotiate the cold of Darjeeling.

One of the best place . Exceptionally good ambience , the manager staffs are so good it feels like your own home ! Whenever we will go darjeeling we will stay there !

Nothing , we liked everything .

Location, service and some rooms (living room, balcony, bedroom) were 10 out of 10. The place is 10 minutes walk from the main tourist square, it has wonderfull view and the host is really helpful.

These place is at the 3-rd floor of another hotel and has 4 separate rooms: kitchen, bedroom, living room and bath. They all have separate doors, which you need to lock every time you go out or go to sleep. That's a little bit annoying. The kitchen is a bit dirty. And the the first day there were cockroaches there (host quickly solved that problem). There were some kitchenware, but it was dirty (from the western point of view of course). The bathroom was cold and uncozy. It looked old and quite dirty. There was a 10-liter boiler that was quite enough for a quick wash, but not more. It was cold at night and the heater was broken. Although it was in the room to make good impression on us) For the working one the host asked extra payment. Cold wasn't a big problem, cause we had warm clothes and there was a heating matrass. But still it was a little bit inconvenient. The sockets in the living room were awful. The host need to change them. The pluck keept plugs keept falling out of every socket) To sum it up, the place looks great when you first see it but afterwards a number of inconveniences occurs. One may say that it's India, but we had much better rooms in other Indian hotels for the lower prices.
