Breakfast was decent. Wifi was also ok!

I did not get a receipt at check out? Asked and reception said I had to get it from the app?? Strange. Other than that ok.

Rate was reasonable.

All was okay except for Mathieu and his dogged determination to shut breakfast down at EXACTLY 9:30. Oh and no shampoo, dispensers empty and mould in them. Door did not latch, had to lift push and engage. Bathroom is a hot mess with bubbled walls, mirror frame and spills running down the walls.

Quick and easy check in. Room was what I expected (love going to a chain because of that)

That the breakfast selection was bit smaller than what we get in larger cities (but I guess that's to be expected)

Poor air conditiomming. Fan was working but thae air flowing out was not cols enough.

The room I stayed was 121. No Air conditioning and the washroom sink was clogged. I reported both issue on the same day after 1 hour checking in. They said they do not have maintenance guy working today. Then I requested them to change my room as I traveled with my children. They said their system is out of service so they can not do anything. My eldest sun got heat stroke as the humidity and the temperature were above the standard comfort level and the temperature outside was August 17,2022 was 32 degrees. You could imagine how tasty would have been inside the room. I asked the manager to feel the temperature, he even accepted that it was too hot to stay. I booked hotel foe 3 days. I had been suffering for 1 and half while say without air-conditioned and clogged washroom sink. This was my nightmare to stay at this hotel. Spent so much money come enjoy the olace but this hotel messed everything and left every one sick. Dusty room

the position is good, the room was clean, large and equipped with all appliances

breakfast should be improved I had an issue with the payment and the reception was not helpful, the room service is on request.

the breakfast was very good, parking towing a trailer was easy, the location is good and the staff was efficient, happy and helpful.

The facilities were not clean or maintained

The location was close to job site and lots of places close by to eat.

The bathroom was not fully stocked. We stayed two nights and room wasn’t cleaned second day. The free breakfast is nothing more then coffee and muffins.

The room was a good size, the staff were very welcoming and helpful with any needs.

The door was very hard to close, made a loud bang when shutting it because it got stuck.

No elevator, no bathroom light

Extremely dirty dog droppings all outside the hotel and shower was broken and was not able to switch it from tub to shower. Staff was very rude when it came time to check out and made it very difficult.
