all was amazing and perfect

it is unbelievable how this place felt like home. the treatment is just fab. they listen to you and take the time to prepare the personalized treatment and medication if needed. food is adjusted to your body type. bed sleeps great, pillows are really comfortable. they clean every day really well. and if there is something that you like to change the staff and management is there to assist really quick. nothing to do about nature. you are in nature so expect flying insects, mosquitoes . (the have this great anti mosquito cream)little toads, butterflies, birds.

From the first moment we arrived to Sri Lanka the staff of the hotel welcomed us so beautiful, explained us the retreat we going to start, to the great Ayurveda Doctors, the incredible therapists that accompanied us with the so fun and insightful treatments, with the delightful personal diet, each of us felt that the staff thinking about us in every moment to our own good. The flow and the schedule felt so good and full, from the moment we woke up to the perfect yoga session, to the breakfast, and consultations and treatment while cleaning our room, than lunch and pool, and dinner and the day is over so fast.

Very calme and relaxing. I especially was impressed by the the team in reception, service, kitchen, therapy, housekeeping, gardening, they were all very professional and kind. I rarely felt so welcomed and so well served as in this property. I will definitely come back next year again. Stutti for everything guys !

The rooms wer spacious and really clean. The staff did a really good job with cleaning, being helpful and always really friendly. The pool has been cleaned every day. The food was really tasty and well presented.

The surroundings of the hotel, including the busy street just in front of the hotel were really noisy. While booking an ayurvedic treatment we expected to have some silence. At night it was also really loud, because of a generator from the hotel the next door and maybe a church which is really close. The consultations with the doctors were really short, even though guests do see the doctors every day. Furthermore we were really disappointed about the yoga classes, which didnt take place in the yoga hall, because there was a travel group. Furthermore there was a lack of instruction during the class.
