Great location for a short stay in the Ramstein Airbase. Rooms are clean and staff is helpful.

Parking can be challenging at times. Buffet is average for a four star hotel-.

From booking the room to vacating my room the Hotel and staff were fabulous! Very accommodating and friendly! I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great location - a 10 min walk to the Landstuhl train station, easy on/off the autobahn, shopping nearby, 8 min from Ramstein AB. Friendly, helpful staff. Large rooms. Super clean. Plenty of parking. I'd stay here again.

Wi-Fi was slow and had to constantly log on. Coffee was so-so. Not much choice for plant-based diets. We were told to leave the breakfast area when breakfast time ended, even though we didn't finish eating. Beds were so-so. I woke up with a sore back every morning.

Our room was clean, and a lot of space, with very good beds! The bathroom was nice and clean, with a perfect shower. The airco on the room, the extra terras outside... The room was perfect!!! When we came at the hotel, the personel was very friendly and helpfull. They did everything they could, to let us enjoy our stay! The breakfast was great! We had a lot of choice, and everything tasted great! We were there to visit a dogshow, most of the time, we don't really mind comfort (or the lack of comfort! ;) )This hotel was a little higher priced than the hotels we used to book. But it was worth every cent! If we come back to this area, we will surely try to get a room in this hotel!

Super Clean and well maintained

There’s a sign in the dining room that essentially asks guests not to take breakfast items up to their room as this hotel considers it rude. I didn’t ask about it and I should have. Maybe they meant dish ware? I’m not sure what would be rude about taking a muffin up to ones room. All in all - the hotel was great, super clean, secure and well maintained.
