Guy said he just bought it. The pool was very nice and clean.
In room 107 there was a baby monitor in window watching traffic. There were multiple drug deals going on from that room. We actually stayed up until 5 am watching them look for the drugs they lost and got it on video. The rooms were very 70s the fridge in all the rooms booked 6 total were nasty very nasty. The staff was super nice with the apologies. But unless they update their rooms and keep the drug dealers out I will not stay again.

The front desk staff was nice.
there are so many things. the hotel was ran down, the rooms were unacceptable. the tub was cracked, the mattress and box spring were stained. the furniture was old and most broken. the microwave in the first room we were in, the knob was broken, I could go on and on. but the owner assured me that in a few months time all of that would be fixed. new flooring included.

The person at front desk was on conference call while helping me. He gave me a key to someone else's room. They were nice about, but embarrassing

Most everything. Im not picky but this was just a letdown expecting more from a days inn/Wyndham.

The staff was personable and quite accommodating. Very polite and respectful.
It was outdated, poorly cleaned and lacked efficient appliances/amenities. Walls and ceiling had holes in them. Just inadequately kept.

Easily accessible, and convient area. Quiet hotel with cozy, simple room.
Hotel actually reserved an accessible room for us (as we booked on booking.com)
Huge cracks in the bath tub which were badly repaired with layers of paint.
Grab and go breakfast could have had some breakfast sandwiches or protein bars. It was mostly junk food/snack cakes besides the yogurt.
All of the other days inn’s we stayed at had the buffet back up and running with limited hot food options.

The whole entire staff from front to clean up were very nice and helpful
The pictures on the website are lie breakfast they did not have it my under blankets weren't that clean but they did change them for me upon request

The staff were nice, and the beds comfy.
The room smelled like urine, and mildew. The bathroom was disgusting, and the toilet paper was already used. The light outside the room was so bright that it made it difficult to sleep even with black out curtains. I expected more.
