We were a couple with our two kids and a grand parent. Condo fit us well. We were comfortable, really appreciated the good quality patio furniture instead of cheap plastic white stuff most people have! Showers were a bit small but presume they are regular size for Portugal (were from Canada)

Such a lovely apartment. When we walked in we we surprised it looked even nicer than the pictures. Loads of room for 2 adults and 3 kids. The pool was great and vey quiet as note many other apartments had people in them. Great location, would have been about 50mins to walk into Vilamoura but we chose to drive for evening meals out as we had the kids anyway and then had a few drinks when we returned to the apartment. Ventured out to Vilamoura, Old Town and Montechoro, all great or nights out. Zoomarine was great as always too.

We had a lovely weeks stay at this excellent apartment. No complaints whatsoever. We hired a car for our stay, but the local taxi service is really reliable. Would definitely recommend a stay in Vilamoura, it's our second time. You have everything you need here and everywhere is so clean and tidy.

This was our fourth time staying in this Lovely apartment and it's only getting better. Lovely quiet complex ,perfect for a relaxing break with the kids. Would recommend a car as decent walk to Marina etc..

We had a great holiday in this spacious and well equipped apartment. The pool was perfect, very clean and never too busy. Lovely quiet complex of approx 14 apartments. Very convenient for Vilamoura and surrounding areas. Own car would be very useful but town bikes are available to use as well as taxis to get to Vilamoura. We had a great holiday here and highly recommend this apartment!

We had a great stay at the apartment - it was a great base for exploring some of the local area and also just spending time relaxing! We’d definitely visit again and our three year old keeps asking when we are coming again to “our ‘oliday ‘ome!”

Great Apartment and is fully equipped with everything you need especially in the kitchen. Issue with Fridge Freezer which was annoying but a day later this was sorted. Would definitely re-visit this apartment. Useful having the bike cards as it is a good 3 miles from the apartment to the marina. Overall lovely apartment and tastefully decorated.

Really enjoyed our 10 nights in this beautiful apartment. Spotless and a home from home. The outside area is great and we used most nights for eating and just chilling. The bedrooms are really spacious and the beds are really comfortable. We had a rental car which I think you do need for getting about. My husband and eldest are keen runners and they found lots of routes from the apartment and down near the beach. They also loved the pool for jumping in after their run! We will definitely be back!!

Perfect property in a perfect location! Easily accessed from Faro airport. We enjoyed our stay and would have loved to stay on for longer! Within 5 min to marina and beach.

I enjoyed the holiday in this apartment, a quiet and pleasant place, however the cleaning of it was not the best.

We had a amazing Holiday in our favourite resort, The apartment had everything we needed the pool was brilliant . John was easy to deal with and organised our transfers. All in all would definitely go back.

The appartement is great. Fantastic pool with lots of stuffs for children to play, quiet area, free bikes, nice and thoughtfull owners. Definately a place to come back! Two suggestions of improvement: the grill is very small for 2 families/1 large family; and there shouldn't be a cost for the travel baby cot, it's better to add a security deposit instead.

The apartment was great. Plenty of space for all of us. Pool is fantastic and well maintained. We had a great holiday!

Excellent modern apartment, spacious, clean and fully equipped with everything you need. We stayed for 2 weeks with 2 parents, 2 grandparents and a 2 year old. The complex is very quiet and we had the pool to ourselves the majority of the time. There is also a children's pool which our son loved! The garden and the pool are very well maintained and there is a lovely patio area with outdoor seating and sun loungers. We rented a car as we went on many day trips including to Lisbon. The Marina is less than 10 minutes drive but we did also walk. Falesia beach is a short drive from the apartment and is excellent with good facilities, there is a cool box in the apartment which we used for the beach. Sebastian and Francois and very helpful and efficient. Fabulous holiday, we would definitely recommend.

Wonderful, everything top quality, the only downside we found was that it was quite far out from the Marina and bars/restaurants, this didn't spoil our holiday though, we had a fabulous time. Would recommend this to anyone!

The villa is well furnished with all the amenities you would need. You will definitely need a car to make the most of a stay here e.g. no grocery type shops within a comfortable walking distance. The pool was a great resource, if a little cold, but is literally just a few steps from the patio. The support staff are friendly and helpful. Four of us stayed very comfortably with plenty of space. Highly recommended.

Directions given were precise getting us off to a good relaxed start of what turned out to be a brilliant week.Apartment was well maintained and everything was in good working order.Good position for Marina with a 3km beautiful walk or cycle ride to the Marina.We used the efficient taxi service at night for 5 it was 10 euros.Also clean and safe.Management were excellent and the pool we had entirely to ourselves which again very clean and well maintained.We were a family of 2 grandparents 2 parents and 9 year old grandson.Highly recommend .

Really enjoyed our stay here. Very nice apartment, plenty of space for myself and my two daughters. Complex was in a quiet area and even though probably half of the units were occupied during our time there the pool was hardly used so we had it to ourselves whenever we wanted really. I would definitely recommend and also return should we ever go back to the area.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, L'appartement est très bien situé entre vilamoura centre et la N125 et A22 pour accéder a d'autres villes et plages. Il est très bien agencé avec un accès direct sur la piscine. Nous relouerons avec plaisir. NB: Il manque juste un barbecue ;-) Merci a John, Seb et coise.

This was my first stay in the actual resort of Vilamoura although we have stayed many times in Albufiera, Quarteira and the surrounding areas. The property itself is immaculately maintained as are the grounds and the pool. There is everything in the home that you could need. We stayed for 10 days and really loved it. The kids were in the pool almost all of the time. The property is one of about 16 but in reality, only 2 or 3 were being used, some by the owners and some by other renters. In effect, we near enough had the pool to ourselves. I cannot rate the pool highly enough, spotlessly clean, and with a water temperature of around high 20's. There is ample ground around it to relax with sun loungers and a lovely shaded patio area if the sun becomes too much.The actual house itself is very modern and the beds are comfortable. The air con works well and it was needed as the temperatures were in the mid 30's all of the time we stayed. We rented a car and used this to go to the marina and out to Quarteira for major shopping. There is a small Spar within walking distance of the house. Taxis are around 7 euro each way into the marina if needed and there are also bikes available to use if you wish to use them. There is a cycle and footpath all the way to the marina. The property is maintained by Sebastian and his wife Francoise and they take great pride in their presentation of the house. They were prompt and were there exactly when they said they were. It was easily found with the directions that John provided. I managed to drive straight to its front door with no wrong turns from Faro airport and i have never driven there before. TBH, Portugal is relatively easy to drive in, the majority are courteous and there are not as many cars on the roads as there would be in other holiday countries. I will definitely be back again.

Stayed in this appartment for just under 3 weeks ,two adults and 3 kids and can highly recommend it to anyone considering it as a holiday stay,the appartment is modern spacious and spotless ,the rooms are big the beds are really comfy the air con works there is automatic shutters on all windows and doors the outside terrace is huge and leads straight to a lovely green area and excellent pool the complex is only about 8 apartments so the pool is never crowded,there is wifi and a major plus is lots of English tv channels especially fox movie channels and discovery,vilamoura is a short drive away or and there is a foot path from the appartment the whole way to the beautiful marina which is great for an evening walk where the pubs and restaurants are excellent,I can't speak highly enough of the appartment and the owner and caretakers can't be more helpful and are always only a call away, highly recommend this holiday stay to anyone pondering where to book,don't pass this one . Just want to say that it was a wonderful stay, everything is as described, and the service is superb!

We had a lovely relaxed two weeks in this first class apartment - I can't improve on the other great reviews! A couple of other plus points - It was nice to have internet access. We used the supplied cards for the public bikes every day, and were able to avoid hiring a car - less stress! Typically cycled into the marina in the evening and got a taxi back later (a very reasonable 8 euro). Communications from John were excellent and we were met by the most helpful Seb on arrival. We recommend this property to anyone looking a bit of peace and quiet and still be near enough the centre. Nice house with good space. Good facilities ( Swimming pool, near the beach, near the centre of Vilamoura ). Sweet and calm place. A place to repeat.

We had a very nice summer time, relax at the varanda and enjoy the pool view,great family time!
