I didn’t eat the breakfast,as it was just bread and cereal,& not something I generally eat. Location was nice.

The lady who ran the place seemed friendly at first,but every time I left the room,she appeared. When I entered the kitchen,she appeared. Shefollowed and watched every move I made. She told me she has cameras all around the house,outside and in. She put a table and chair out in the driveway for me to smoke,even though she had huge grounds in pleasant surroundings. I felt watched all the time,& I felt threatened by her behaviour,so much so I did not stay the extra night I paid for. I felt relieved to be gone.

We wanted a place within easy reach of Melbourne by rail.This B&B filled the bill. It is a large house in a large suburban plot. The house is filled with interesting artefacts and musical instruments. The veranda has masses of pot plants and hanging baskets. There was an ample choice at breakfast and our hostess offered us a cooked meal.

The B&B was some distance from the railway station and shops. There was a shared bathroom. Fortunately there was only one other family and that for only one of the two nights.

This BnB is exceptionally beautiful both inside out. All the rooms and facilities are kept so neat and clean by Dany, who takes great pride in keeping the guest house and the gardens in immaculate condition. The continental breakfast is plentiful with a variety of cereals and breads available. I particularly enjoyed the wide range of teas to choose from, and Dany is willing to make you a very good morning coffee, too. The location is close enough to restaurants in Melton but nicely nestled in a quiet and picturesque spot. It is a perfect place for a wonderful weekend away or even a longer stay.

Pristine, comfortable home with beautiful garden in which I was able to do some yoga after a long flight from the US. Dani couldn’t have made my stay more comfortable and welcoming. Easy drive from Airport after picking up car at off-airport location. Continental breakfast offered lots of choices for bread/toast, cereals and drinks hot and cold.

Absolutely nothing

Amazing family home. Felt like home away from home. Host is very helpful and friendly. This was my third stay and every time I stayed there was extremely comfortable and relaxing.

mmmm........probably a bit of sounproofing as the bedrooms are very close to each other, but, it depends on some guests not respecting the quietness required.
