No cons. Only a small thing- they speak many languages but almost no english. Which makes conversations and communications harder. But not a big deal.

Location is very good. Almost on the main square. Only good thing about this place.

The room was very outdated and looked nothing like the modern rooms they advertise. That is NOT acceptable as we selected this hotel based on the beautiful looking pictures. The room was next to the staff changing rooms and till 1PM there was loud noise, laughing, even whistling. We could not sleep and had to ask them to keep it quite. Same issue early in the morning when staff arrived. They promised a 50% discount in the car park which we didn't get. For 2 days we ended up paying 101 CHF (!!) on parking fee. They did nothing with our complaint but referred to their own website where the text is different than on booking.com. Also NOT acceptable. Food in their restaurant is also not good and overpriced. Terrible in the back of the square. Hard to get parking and your luggage from car to room
