A wonderful apartment just as the photos suggest with everything you need. The Hosts were welcoming and very helpful giving excellent advice on the area the best we have ever experienced. The pool and grounds were immaculate. We would not hesitate to recommend this apartment and thank the hosts for allowing us to stay there The overall experience was fantastic.

Travelled to Denia with our two boys aged 13 and 9 and during our stay we also had other family members visit and stay. We were welcomed by Jose and Maria who were very helpful even taking us to the local supermarket so we didn’t have to carry heavy essentials for our stay. Maria spoke very good English and gave us very good information about Denia and the best places to visit during our stay. The apartment was very clean and big enough for everyone to have a comfortable holiday. The pool was always clean and we all thoroughly enjoyed it everyday. We would thoroughly recommend staying at the apartment to anyone wanting a great holiday in Denia.

The property was beautiful and we loved the huge terrace as well as the amazing views. It was very clean and had everything we needed. I must say that my 3 sons were ever so grateful to have the air conditioning! The hosts were so wonderful, and even though we were delayed in our arrival, as the plane was late and the rental car company kept us waiting over 2 hours, so our arrival was about 0230 and the hosts were there to greet us with smiles and even pizzas for the boys, some coca cola, wine and fizzy water. We felt spoiled and releived after a long journey. They then told us all about local attractions, the festival happening that weekend and showed us where to go on the map. This was great, as we had no idea that there was any local activities happening and we managed to see the Bulls into the sea, parade, and fantastic fireworks! We went to every place they recommended except Valencia, as we ran out of time. We did go to Aqualandia Water Park in Benidorm, Sea kayaking to explore the caves in Las Rotes, Jet skiing, a day trip on the boat to Javea, my 2 lads climbed the Montgo mountain, beaches, restaurants, the market, Guadalest resevoir, Las Fuentes del Algar, and a scenic drive to Javea on another day. We also visited local beaches and took lots of walks around Denia. We will definitely be back again soon. We would highly recommend this place to stay!! We stayed at the property after looking for ages online to find the perfect one for our daughter’s first holiday and it did not disappoint! We have stayed in Denia many times over the past 5 years and this apartment suited our needs entirely. Maria (the owner) was brilliant and so accommodating for our 14 week old baby, ensuring we had 2 travel cots, one for inside and one for outside. The cleanliness of the apartment was second to none. Unfortunately, the hairdryer broke on our first evening, I messaged Maria and the next morning her husband had been shopping and brought me a brand new one! Not something you expect to happen, but exactly the service you will get from these two lovely people! The pool area is great, plenty of space and always kept clean and tidy. The location is great too. Close enough for a gentle walk into the centre and almost directly between the two lovely marinas. I can not recommend this property enough and will hopefully be returning soon. Thank you for a wonderful first holiday for our daughter!

We were very pleased with the location and condition of the apartment. It is a great location with only a short walking distance to the grocery store, waterfront and main street with shops and restaurants. It has a great deck with sun and shade areas and includes lounge chairs and a table. There is also a nice pool in the complex that my kids used daily. There is a full kitchen with all that is needed to cook meals. Our hosts, jose and Maria, were wonderful! Check in/out was very easy and they provided great recommendations for activities and restaurants in the area. They also left us a few items in the fridge including wine and brought us a special pastry for the local holiday. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in Denia.

The property was well appointed in a good position and very spacious . The proprietors could not do enough for us and showed us all the places to go and eat etc . Could not ask for more .

We cannot fault this apartment - from the moment we arrived, we felt like we were at home. Maria & Alejandro made us feel so welcome and as if we were returning to family, although it was the first time we had met. And they couldn't do enough for us to ensure our stay was as wonderful as it could be. The apartment is perfect in every way, from the large terrace overlooking the mountains to its location...just minutes from incredible restaurants and the beach. The pool area is spotless as is the entire apartment block. Having the use of the underground car parking space gave us great comfort to know our rental car was safe. It was just like being at home and we hated to leave. We will definitely be returning. Lorna & Michael, Ireland.

Had a lovely week at this gorgeous apartment. The apartment itself was clean, tidy and lacked nothing. The h Owners were a huge help and spent time at the start explaining where this were in the town, gave suggestions in terms of restaurants and information in terms of days out if we wanted to do that. They were a huge help and could not have done more for us. A brilliant find I am sure we will come back to.

This is my third year to stay in this jewel of an apartment located just 5 minutes from the town center, market, and the beach. The views are amazing and the standard of detail is excellent. Each time I return to this lovely place, it feels like home as does the beautiful town of Denia. But what really makes this apartment special are the owners who offer an exceptional level of hospitality. I am looking forward to my 4th year.

On our arrival we were met Maria the owner . She was so welcoming and showed us around taking time to explain the local area giving recommendations of the best places to eat etc . The pool area was well maintained and extremely clean . The apartment have everything you need for a fantastic holiday . Having 2 balconies both over looking the mountains was great as they had the sun at different times throughout the day . Wi-fi worked well and the Smart TV came in handy when we had a day of rain . Maria is a Great host and popped over on my wife’s birthday with a bottle of Fizz .extremly thoughtful . We would highly recommend this property .

The apartment was perfect, everything we needed, loved the huge balconies. Swimming pool was great, never busy. Maria was so helpful and gave us such a warm welcome to her beautiful apartment. We were sad to leave and would love to return. Thank you!

We started off with a 7 hour delay from the UK ,but were so thrilled that Maria was at the apartment to let us in. Even though it was now the early hours of the morning, Maria provided us with groceries, gave us a tour of the apartment and wonderful advice and information about Denia. The apartment was very clean, beautiful, cool with a wonderful outside seating and dining area. The block has a wonderful swimming pool. It is idea for 3 generations,

This was our first visit to Denia. The condo is lovely and we enjoyed sitting on the deck with a nice sea breeze. Within 10 minutes you can be at the beach, market, central town shops and restaurants and historical sites. It was so Relaxing! The owners made it extra special and we took advantage of their excellent suggestions. The apartment is lovely with a perfect pool. We were there during fiesta week and there were such interesting events to see. We had delicious food and a special, amazing meal in xabia. We want to return!

The apartment is ground floor with a lift just outside in the lobby to take you to the underground car park so your car stays safe and cool. The property is decorated and provided with a high level of facilities. It’s suits those looking a home from home. Although the pool is shared it is maintained to a high standard and was quiet throughout our stay. Air con worked very well, comfy beds, kitchen well equipped and a great lounge space with smart TV and free WiFi. José and Maria took great care to show us around and recommended great site seeing and restaurants in the local area. The beach is beautiful and water was warm in June. Highly recommended, if it’s a 3 bed apartment you need then this is it with the town centre a brief 5 minute walk away, why wouldn’t you.

When we were looking for accommodation in the Denia area and found this apartment, I was very sceptical of the number of 5 star ratings – being a well seasoned self catering traveller I’ve learned that not everyone’s standards are the same. However, I can definitely say that this fantastic apartment deserves those 5 stars. On the ground floor it’s within easy reach of the beautiful Marina, dozens of restaurants, bars and shopping. It couldn’t be better situated. There is access to a large swimming pool (unheated). It was very tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was extremely well equipped with enough plates, cups etc to cater for at least a dozen people. Cleaning products and washing up liquids etc were all provided. The bedrooms had plenty of storage space – and lots of coat hangers! The beds and pillows were so comfortable I slept better than at home. The decked area outside is huge and a bit of a sun trap. There is a great municipal market just 5 minutes walk away and we mostly used this rather than the supermarkets. Even if you aren't shopping it's a must to go and see the various stalls selling local produce. On Fridays, the "farmers" market along the street gives you even more choice. What can I say about Jose and Maria other than they are probably the best hosts I personally have ever experienced. So quick to respond to any questions during and after the booking process. We were very grateful that they provided us with an additional hairdryer! On arrival we were given lots of information about local restaurants and the surrounding area. Jose even went to buy coffee for us as we couldn’t find the brand locally. We honestly couldn’t have asked for more.

We enjoyed a really wonderful stay at Maria's apartment, made to feel very welcome immediately by Maria and her husband, she supplied lots of information on where to visit and to eat. Dénia and its surroundings are lovely, we hired a car and there was easy parking outside the block also a supermarket less than 5 mins walk away. The apartment is wonderful, very well located, quiet but only 5 to 10 mins walk from the town and sea front.Good walk along the seafront in Dénia and lovely town to explore, enjoyed the fresh fruit and veg market on Friday morning before we, reluctantly, set off for home.

The apartment was clean, bright, spacious and had everything you would need for a relaxing holiday. Lovely terraces with sun loungers and great views of the mountains. The pool area looked nice and clean but we didn't use it as we holidayed in January. There is a parking space underground and the location of the apartment was great. 5 minute walk to the front, 10 to the harbour and marina and 10 to the old town and castle. Finally the owner Maria was there to greet us and show us the apartment then spent time telling us about all the best places to visit, the restaurants to go to and the surrounding area. She is a lovely and helpful lady & lives local so if you have any problems (we didn't) she will be there to help. She also came round on our departure day to collect the keys and make sure everything was ok for us.

This modern apartment offers maximum comfort, beautiful views, and an easy walk to the old town and its port. While it is my second stay in Denia, this fall was my first time to stay in this new apartment. The apartment was built and furnished with quality and relaxation in mind. While the apartment is large, its size can double given the large terraces that look out on the mountains and amazing sunsets. The weather is lovely given Denia's microclimate which permits almost year round enjoyment of the huge and well-maintained pool and terraces There are charming restaurants, shops, grocery stores and the sparkling azur of the sea close by not to mention a weekly market. Maria and Alejandro offer amazing hospitality and are readily available to assist, guide, and recount the region's fascinating history.

We had a very delightful stay and enjoyed the apartment and Denia and its suroundings very much. The apartment is very nice, bright and clean with great and modern furnitures. It has a large and beautiful balcony (+ a smaller one) with view on the mountain. The swimming pool is great, too. The apartment is located very close to the city center of Denia (5 minutes walk) and beach/harbour area (5 minutes walk). Maria is very freindly and helpful. She answers very quickly and can provide great advices how to spend a memorable stay. We visited Valencia including the Oceanografic (1h by car), Guadalest (45 min by car) and the cities (Xabia and Altea) and beaches nearby. We travelled with a 2 years old child and enjoyed the apartment as well as the Costa Blanca very much and can surely recommend a stay there. Thank you very much, Maria. The review title speaks for itself. Our fourth visit in two years. As soon as I walk out onto that beautiful decked terrace and see the magnificent view, I leave all the stress of my busy working life in the UK behind. We wake up to the beautiful sunshine and have a relaxing swim in the pool before enjoying a late breakfast on the terrace. There never seems to be anyone in the pool or surrounding terrace. The grounds are immaculate and little touches such as the permanent thatch umberellas and the new artificial grass areas make it very attractive. The weather is always great and we didn't eat one meal inside. Another advantage of having such a large terrace. The days seem to pass much too quickly. The memories of enjoying a glass of chilled cava by candlelight, to the song of the cicadas and the twinkling lights of the distant villas on the mountainside, keeps my spirits high until our next visit! The apartment is just lovely, Denia's restaurants are stupendous and such good value. Maria and Jose are perfect hosts. I can't wait until the next time!

The accommodation was of a very high standard, great location, 10 minute walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants in the nearby town and on the Marina. The apartment was large and perfect for my family (wife and 3 children), with a great patio area with hammock! Maria was a great host in sharing with us places to visit and settling us into the accommodation. Fully recommend apartment and Denia was lovely, great beaches and a fantastic place for running on the beach for miles or up in the trails.

We have recently spent twenty six nights at this fabulous accommodation & would like to thank our hosts Maria Fazia & Jose who went out of their way to make sure we had a fantastic vacation. Our hosts provided us with information on the resort and surrounding areas which was a great help. Perfect location for relaxing under the sun in this First Class Apartment which is close to the Marina, Resturants & Shops. We would highly recommend this apartment and hope to return soon. We stayed in the property in June with a group of friends to celebrate a special Birthday, six of us in total. On arriving we were all very impressed with the size of the apt and the beautiful decking area outside. Everything was very clean, well equipped and extremely comfortable. As there were three couples we were all supplied with colour co-ordinated towels which we thought was a lovely touch. There is a dish washer and washing machine. The pool is another added bonus when it is hot! You can be in the harbour within 5 minutes walking and the beach is about 15 minutes walk. The 'Campo' town centre was only 15 mins walk which has a fabulous selection of lovely Spainish restaurants and a Castle to explore. There is a rail station , again only 15 minutes walk which has a very good services and very reasonable priced to explore further afield. The owners Maria and Jose' were extremely helpful, nothing too much trouble.

We had such a nice, relaxing time at this condo. Denia is a cute, small fishing town and it was nice to explore the local history in that area. The condo is large and was beautifully appointed. Lovely big deck with two chaises and a nice picnic table. So nice to have laundry so we could easily do our clothes without trudging into a laundry. Maria gives you some tremendous ideas of what to see locally as well as great restaurants. Didn't know before our trip that Denia is a gastronomics paradise! .We also rented a condo from Maria in Valencia and she is simply marvelous. She has thought of everything to make your stays enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was for a month at this apt in Denia. Easy to sum up... We loved it. It was only my husband and I, but enough room for 2 more comfortably. I loved how close we were in town. Literally 3-5min walk to everything essential and a 10-15 min walk to the sandy beach (that u could walk for another 30 min and not see the end of it). We loved the terrace! Even in the "winter" it's warm because breezes are for the most part blocked and I was sun tanning at 9am in mid November! (That's not happening in Canada). Loads of space in the apt and fully stocked with oven/dishes/dishwasher/laundry/large fridge. The only "con" I would say is we were there for a month and there wasn't any cleaning supplies available. Only a broom. It would have been nice to have toilet bowl cleaner/dish soap/surface cleaner as I've had in other rentals that were provided. Jose and his wife were more then helpful and fantastic, I honestly don't think I've met nicer human beings. They helped us with train/bus tickets, places to eat, sights, and were more then accomadating. Thank you so much for having us!

Please believe everything that's been written in previous reviews. This is a lovely apartment in all respects and there's little I can add that hasn't already been said. My girlfriend and I loved the location. As well as using the apartment's pool and walking to the beach we also took advantage of the train station just across the road to explore the surrounding area. We spent a day in the water park in Benidorm and also went to Altea on another day which was just beautiful. The hosts were welcoming and helpful and we both had a great holiday in this lovely little town.
