Camere grandi e pulite, posizione ottima, la piscina molto bella, colazione discreta, non ho avuto modo di provare il ristorante.

Personale ricevimento e piscina scortese, unico bar dell'albergo quello della piscina che era poco fornito. La vista mare non c'è.

Não foi uma boa estadia. Foi decepcionante principalmente o atendimento do pessoal da recepção (concierge) já que não foram corteses e nem mostraram interesse em auxiliar a resolver quaisquer assunto de turismo local.

Cattivissima comunicazione Ho prenotato nel periodo della festa della mamma per un soggiorno dal 13 al 15 maggio . Leggendo le recensioni avevo capito che l’accesso alla spa fosse gratuito, ho chiamato per conferma e mi hanno detto che l’accesso alla spa è gratuito e compreso nel prezzo .iniltre mi viene detto che c’è anche una piscina esterna . All’arrivo scopro che la spa ha un costo di 35€ per 1h30 di utilizzo e che non è compreso nel prezzo della camera . Che era una promozione che valeva solo per chi soggiornava nel periodo della festa della mamma . Inoltre la piscina esterna completamente vuota . Scorretti , quando spiego l’accaduto non ricevo né scuse né una soluzione . Avevo scelto questo hotel al posto dell hotel serapo proprio per la spa . La prossima volta seppur con una stella in meno andrò senz’altro all’ hotel serapo dove la comunicazione è ottimale e gli standard molto più alti seppur con una stella in meno . Se prenotate pretendete una mail di riepilogo di quello che vi dicono al telefono perché ciò che dicono la sera non vale la mattina .

Ottima colazione a buffet

Le scolaresche di ragazzini che fino alle 22.30 sbraitano, corrono, sbattono le porte incuranti del rispetto altrui. Proff e accompagnatori inesistenti o succubi e senza autorità... l'hotel non ne ha colpa ma un minimo di avvertimento ai proff andrebbe fatto...

There were no queen or king beds

Breakfast was good and service at breakfast was great. Large well-lit common areas, room was also larger than expected, balcony was wonderful. Some issues with their A/C, it was a very hot weekend and it didn't really hold up very well, but never unbearable. Great that there is a pool, but remember your cuffia (which you can get at the reception [for €3.50/each) if you have hair on your head - depends on if you ask the bagnino or the receptionist, but you do NOT need a cuffia if you have a shaved head so don't let them convince you to buy one from them! - LOL) The location, obvs, is PERFECT. Gaeta is spectacular. Take the trenino that stops close by and takes you down to Gaeta Vecchia - it's worth it :)

We were a bit shocked by the service at reception but laughed it off easily as it became a bit of a joke throughout our stay. Answers were given and the opposite was said in the same breath when we asked for details. There were issues with the parking (€15) as apparently they double-book that (the same woman who told us this immediately said "no! who told you that?!" when we repeated her exact words - LOL). The gym (also €15 - though not sure if that's per room or per person, depends on which receptionist you ask - LOL) is very mediocre, and the one useful technogym machine is completely broken (remember to turn on the lights and A/C yourself when they let you in - it is dark and very hot in there - LOL). Pool could use some work, the space has become quite worn out throughout the (many) years since the heyday of "Il Mirasole!"
