The location of the hotel, the comfort of the room & the size of the room was really good. Perfect location as you are on the Main Street of Lorne, walking distance to the beach, cafes, bars, restaurants and shops.

A very strange way to enter the hotel by driving up a steep car park entrance on the main footpath of Lorne. I found this to be very strange & dangerous.

Unfriendly and unhelpful staff. asked if we could shift our booking by 24h - the answer was no despite the room being available. Asked if we could check out late - the answer was no despite there being no guests checking in after us as there were rooms still available. Asked if we could use the pool on the day of checkout - the answer was a vague and grumpy yes/no. Shame, as this could be a great place, but it just needs new owners.

Central location and apartment generously proportioned with full fridge and other customary appliances. As it is on the main street, it's got a lively neighbourhood and nothing is far away. I definitely will return.

Parking is a bit tight but manageable.

Location was fine, we upgraded our room as the one we booked online was quite small and no real street views. Our room was larger however all furnishings / fitments pretty well out dated could do with a complete refresh. Room was clean hosts were friendly.

The stairs to our room are steep and require careful negotiation, the hand rail was appreciated. Very steep and narrow access road into the complex for parking. Perhaps a concave mirror installed at the street end to give you better pedestrian traffic awareness.

clean in the centre of town and staff were amazing and helpful

there was only a ramp (wasn’t good for someone with a disability) but we made it work we found stairs

Great location. Nice living space and comfy bed.

Glass tables. Had our 5 year old grandson and was bit apprehensive about them.

Updated bathroom nice. Small kitchenette but no place other than bathroom to wash dishes. Comfortable bed.

Tight parking spots. Pool not usable.

no wifi during our week long stay. no ability to use devices. smart tv couldn’t be used for streaming services due to no wifi. in the end the tv actually stopped working for even basic channels. needs a bit of TLC
