This family own hotel is conveniently located, just a 20 minute car ride from the Liberia airport.
It’s a cozy spot with lots of character, there’s a 40 year old parrot that lives in a cage in the patio!
They offer transfer service to and from the airport and beyond, this is a BIG plus in Costa Rica.
It’s gated so it feels very safe.
All rooms have a TV, AC, fans and a small refrigerator.
I chose it over the Hilton because I wanted to support a mom and pop business and I’m glad I did.
No complaints here, it’s a simple room for a very reasonable price.

The hotel is located on a secure property with a large gate that closes at night. Parking is on the gated property.
The rooms are arranged in a row around a lovely well-maintained garden area and a parrot/bird and cute dog.
The room is basic in what you need - bed, AC, table, warm shower - but also a refridgerator which is rare in most hotels. Much appreciated.
The AC works well and there is also a fan if you prefer that.
Check-in was easy. Payment is upon arrival with card or cash.
The breakfast in the morning was lovely. They run the breakfast like a restaurant with an actual menu. There are vegetarian options.
Wifi works really well.
I am happy to have chosen this property. It is not in the city center but if you have a car, no problem. There is also a supermarket nextdoor.
The hotel is nearby soms national parks like Palo Verde and Rincon de la Vieja.

the property was well keep and the room exceptionally clean. AC,fan etc nice bedding linen and towel. they recommended a menu for ordering food in at a very reasonable price

It was like being at home. You have the nicest people running this place, from the front office to the kitchen. My only regret was that I could not stay longer.

Location was off the "beaten track." In a residential/commercial community that was a 20 minute walk or $3 taxi ride to the central area. Not a big problem, and wouldn't stop me from staying there again. The crowing rooster at 4:30am required earplugs.

This is a small family-run establishment, and they are extremely friendly and helpful with anything you might need. We had Emmanuel-s phone number and were invited to text at anytime for anything. They could not have been nicer. It is a simple, basic small room but with everything you need- air conditioning, plenty of hot water, excellent breakfast and an attractive courtyard.

Super clean rooms, good working AC, delicious breakfast. Was picked up at airport promptly and on the way to hotel was given tips and information about Costa Rica. Safe feeling complex and warm showers!
