The rooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils(could have used a cutting board, though). The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Lovely backyard.

Communication was tough. The phone number didn't work. Luckily the housekeeper was there to assist with acquiring the keys. The air conditioner in the bunk bed room wouldn't turn on and the outside front light and living room lights didn't work.

The kids loves the pool area. It was in a great Location. Everything was very close to us. Crash Boat was just 7min drive.

I didn'tlike that they did not have enough supplies. Not enough towels. We had to wash our towels because it was too many of us and not enough towels. There was only one roll of paper toilet in bathrooms and no extra so we had to buy some. I also did not like how in the picture during booking it showed me some pics of an area that was not included. I didn't realize till I got there that there was 2 separate areas. So I was expecting a room we did not have.

Location was very clean an well kept

We were in the dark with no electricity for 3 days probley would be nice to consider a generator as it was a bit tough trying to keep track of my kids in the dark but was happy atleast ac ran of solar

Location is great, near of restaurants, fast foods, stores and Crash boat beach.

In the reservation never mention that there is an additional apartment next door that they also rent. The house needs remodeling in bathrooms and kitchen ... the kitchen did not have a coffee maker. Additional, there was no cable tv service; the air controls had no batteries, 2 dining room chairs were broken. One of the bedroom has bunk bed it was fragile and the futon was not in good condition. There were no noise rules after 9pm, but maintenance workers did arrive at 7am who made a lot of noise and spoke hard.

Not enough towels, spoons...no cable tv, no dinning room lights, no batteries on remotes, only two blankets for 8 of us and only 6 towels :(
