staff didn’t speak English and most of them were not so nice.

Nice pool in a pleasant back yard with tables to eat at or just hang out. The kitchen is nearby and seemed easy to use and well stocked. We only stored some things in the fridge, but that was nice to have. It is right on the hwy, so there is a bit of road noise depending on how far back your room is. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. There were bunkbeds in our room as well as a full bed and each had a reading light and a socket. NIce touch. We were driving, but if you are arriving by bus, it is close to the station.
Road noise is annoying, but not that bad.

It has a nice backyard with a cute small pool and hammockt to hang out. The rooms are bit and you have a super locker for all your things.

very clean property. nice big kitchen, hammock hang out area and pool. big hang out area. hot shower. AC. close to the bus station and downtown area
staff was extremely unenthusiastic to help us. also could not help us with bus information. since he didn’t know any information about the bus to Palmar Norte/Sierpe he told us our best bet would be to go to the bus station at 6 am when it opens to ask. the bus station was not opened at 6 am.

helpful smiling staff… loved the pool and amenities… aircon in our room worked very well… quick laundry service for 10U$ a bag… free parking… grocery store near by…
a rasor and used soap still in our shower… makes you wonder about the cleaning…

Nice shower, room had AC, pillows and blankets were adequate, nice back patio space, 2 refrigerators in kitchen.
Pool looked like it could use a quick cleaning, didn't expect to have a room so close to front doors and welcome desk, one night I discovered about a dozen ants in the room, front desk guy sprayed something on them and swept them away without much care or concern, wifi from front of hostel to back of hostel was different so needed to log onto different wifi's depending where you were in the hostel. The directions/map on booking.com led me to a fuel station instead of the hostel itself.

There is a beautiful place to chill outside and a pool, thr kitchen have alot of things, the dorms are bigs, but far from the beach.

The staff was amazing, the place very clean and pretty ! The pool is also very clean and the garden beautiful ! I recommend 100% !!!

The hostel is right next to the main road and you can hear the cars in the back yard. Just to be aware of it when you book.

Good hot water shower with strong pressure. Bed was decent. Reception was friendly. Room was spacious.
Poop in the toilet from previous guests. Soap dish in the shower was dirty and filled with water. It seemed like they didn't clean the bathroom at all after the previous guests left. Wifi was the slowest we had out of 4 hotels we stayed in Costa Rica, almost unusable and sometimes the signal would just drop and disconnect. The reception took 2.5 months to respond to my messages sent through Booking.com. No fridge in the room.

There are no additional services - it's basically somewhere to sleep, no breakfast, or restuarant on site, just a communal kitchen which is not communicated at the time of booking. This was a problem when arriving exhausted, late and have nothing to to make something to eat nor available to purchase.

super great value, very clean comfy rooms with great AC (we had a private room). Seemed like a good kitchen area though we didn’t use it, and nice hammocks. Good vibes
staff was often not present at the front desk to ask questions. Far from the beach but this isn’t an issue if you have a car.

The facilities were very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Simple but completely adequate accommodations and a very relaxed atmosphere, perfect as a base for exploring the gorgeous beaches of Costa Rica's central pacific region.
Location is just on the highway and a car is definitely necessary for reaching any restaurants or beaches.
