Everything, literally everything WOW what a hotel. Beautiful views, amazing location and a free private Mercedes to pick you up and drop you off included! the breakfast was amazing, the room was first class, the photos on their website don’t do it justice! we will be staying again! Ps the staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough, thank you Kube Hotel

This hotel stay was for my birthday. The hotel is located directly in front of the Gulf of St Tropez, with great views. The staff are super attentive. there is a shuttle service to take you into St Tropez port/village as needed. I had an amazing massage with Carla and a great swim in the heated infinity pool overlooking the sea. Loved it.

A very small critique would be that the breakfast menus should be given as soon as you arrive for breakfast. I thought that the buffet breakfast was the sole offering untill I saw the couple on the table next to us with the a la carte breakfast menu! which was great

Unfortunately maintenance is really neglected at this place, overall wear and tear in rooms mediocre for this kind of price, electronic door key system no more working at all on one of the rooms ( they give you a bulky regular key as replacement ) and just sporadically on other room. Shower drain even almost clogged , takes 15 minutes to empty. Why is it a hassle to get cappuccino without chocolate topping at breakfast? ( for all non locals this is apparently called à café crème)

The food and service were terrible. We both got food poisoning and the service was poorly organized. The staff was friendly but room service took 1.5 hours and the pool area was a mess with used trays of food left out all day.

Bad attitude & un-professional manner staffs at both front desk + on-fone ! Not value even 100$/night for this suck hotel. You have to call 2-3 times to request a simple thing such as in-room dinning or bucket of ice. The staffs at front desk , who are all too much juiniot & unprofessional as same as the level of 5 star hotel. No complimentary drink water in room as other hotel can offer.

Amazing 5 star hotel around 5 minutes (without traffic) from St Tropez. The hotel provides a free shuttle which takes you to and from St Tropez. This is important because parking is not easy in Tropez and taxis are expensive (20-30 euro) one way. The pools are all amazing with 2 of the 3 being heated. The main pool by the restaurant is the best one in my opinion and is where we spent most of our pool time. The rooms are large and the bed and sheets are comfortable. I slept well and the room was very quiet. Prices are not bad for St Tropez (20euro cocktails & 25 euro club sandwich as examples) and everything can be ordered to the various pools. This hotel is pricey but worth the money as a relaxing oasis right by St Tropez.

The shower was one of the half glass setups with no way to adjust so water will inevitably get on the floor unless you block the waters path. I wish hotels would stop using this type of shower as they always make a mess unless you rig it in some way. Its not a big deal as I have encountered this type of shower before and know how to deal with it but still very annoying.

I really enjoyed the breakfast selection, the heated pools and the welcoming staff and helpful concierge!

I didn’t like that there was no bathroom by the pools, you have to go into the main hotel to use the bathroom

We were on honeymoon and he have stayed for 4 nights on the hotel, we liked everything, every single person i spoke with was educated and they spoke good English. staff very helpful and kind. good size room good size bathroom, room was also clean and even the bed is open in the afternoon with a sweet left on ours pillow. 3 swimming pools 2 are heated, underground secure parking space, there was spa on premises but we haven't tried. We had complementary shuttle as much we need it up to 11pm back and forwards to town centre. swimming pool bar was awesome with awesome views, the hotel is modern with great location and very quiet i couldn't ask for any better and if we ever lucky enough to return st tropez this is the hotel we will be staying without a dough.

unfortunately there was only 1 thing i didn't like and I'm sure can be fixed, the shower head let us down a little bit (considering the quality of the rest of the hotel). maybe in upgraded rooms is better but i wouldn't know. bath glass panel unfortunately will leave water run quite a lot out side of the bath running under the wash hand bases it was quite a lot. I'm sure the poor person cleaning ours room had a hard time mapping the water on the bathroom every day (i believe is a easy fix and won't make guest feel like we are been messy).

we did get into our room until 7pm after checking in at 3pm, got told to wait by the Pool and they would come and get us, at 7pm we were still waiting. 3 days I asked to see manager and no one came no real shower
