such a shame this hotel has so much potential but it looks old and not maintained well. the staff members were so friendly and sweet this used to be such a lovely busy hotel now it’s like a ghost town

the hotel could use some fresh paint make it lively abit but with the few amount of clients they get everyday I don’t suppose they have the fund to maintain the hotel’s appearance. pool not so clean, no live band just really sad looking hotel with not much customer. the bathroom could do with new bathroom door, they are rotten.

Overall was okay. Room was big and clean, facilities are basic.

There should be a hand held shower made available in the bathroom.

Room by the pool, big pool, many slides for kids. I arrived late and since room not fully booked next day, they offered late check out 3pm. Appyit so much! Cleanliness ok. Calm area, lots of trees and nice breakfast place (Penghulu Cantik) not too far from hotel.

Pool water clean, but some parts of the wall stained, could do with maintenance around the pool. Far from lobby, no covered access during rain but kind enough to provide shuttle to room.

The maintance of the hotel, the poor condition of the slides of children's pool. The hand bidet and rain shower was leaking.

Pool

It is a nice staycation from people from nearby cities such as Kuala Lumpur because just about an hour drive. However, facilities and cleanliness of the children pool must be maintained for safety. Klana Resort has a good environment for relaxation and it is not far from the city to get food.
