Extrem de murdar. Nu cred ca in camera pe care ne-au dat-o prima data au dat vreodata cu aspiratorul. Pe jos deja se facuse pelicula de praf, lenjerie de pe pat era patata neagra peste tot. Cada avea pete galbene si maro. Am fost la receptie si am primit alta camere in care praful era la fel dar nu mai erau pete prin baie doar cateva de cafea pe lenjerie Nu mai zic ca la receptie mi s-a cerut cardul sa “bage in sistem numarul si data de expirare a cardului”. Nu stiu in ce lume e normal sa ceri si sa dai cardul unui strain si practic sa aiba acces sa faca plati de pe el cu datele acestea. Normal am refuzat. Am platit 70 de euro in plus doar pentru ca aveam 2 pisici cu noi si am platit 27 euro parcarea pe o zi (parcare care te indruma gresit si ajungi in alta cladire nu in cea a hotelului)

Friendly staff. Spacious room. Good facilities in the room.

Initially, I was placed in a double bed room when I had requested two single beds. But that was rectified by the front desk straight away.

Location was very good everything about the hotel was great. Rooms lovely and spacious, didn’t try the breakfast. Staff were all lovely and couldn’t do enough to help

Having to pay €50 as you arrive for the minibar and if you touch nothing in it you get it back, slightly ridiculous. Washing machine in room and says that if you use it they will have to charge you €250 Incase you damage it. Was kind of scared to touch anything to be honest

Perfect for families. Our apartment was spacious and clean and fully equipped with cot bed and high chair for our baby. The housekeeping, reception and breakfast team provided an outstanding level of service, making sure we had an excellent stay on all aspects. As people of colour, we can ensure that NH collection Budapest was really safe and extremely welcoming to us. Highly recommend and we will stay here again on our next trip to Budapest!

Although the hotel is extremely clean, it could do with a little bit of renovation but it didn’t affect our stay. The hotel is located in a busy area/quite central so it can get a bit noisy. This is the only reason why I didn’t give a 10/10

The location was really central and what we needed for our stay. Also the room was very spacious and had everything that we needed in it.
