El personal siempre fue muy amable, las instalaciones estaba limpias, todos los días hacían el aseo de mi habitación
La comida, creo que como preparan tanta le falta un poco de sabor y variedad

swimming pools are close to the rooms.

Mold in the bathroom, sliding door handle broken, no table lamps, food was slop, bad alcohol, not a good experience.

The complex is clean and comfortable. The food is good but not great. The drinks are okay but watered down. The pools are nice but close far too early in the evening. The beach access is good and the staff are friendly and generally helpful. The shows were really fun though!
The food was not authentic at all. It was generally okay and there were a lot of selections to choose from but it was still buffet food. The rooms do not have coffee makers or refrigerators so anything that you get off site can't be brought back. Drinking water is hard to come by. There should be large bottles or filtered water at every building, this was not the case. There are no beach toys, SUP's, surfboards, snorkeling gear available for check out or even for rent. But they are happy to sell you stuff that you can throw away at the end of your trip.

Great location
Deplorable Internet service. (Not acceptable in today’s technology)
Noisy construction.
Extremely loud music from theatre in evening directly at our unit.
Booking of Al La Cart restaurants (ridiculous)
2.5 / 5.0
The resort itself was great. The food was good with lots of different places to eat. There were 5 complexes and each had at least 1 of each restaurant, bar, and pool. The views from the balcony had a view of the ocean, pool, and garden. The ckeaning .ady on our floor was great. I kept our room clean but she provided anything I needed from water to bedding. It was a relaxing vacation.
The staff seemed to cater to Westjet Vacation clients and everyone else was basically on their own. Our room was one of the worst in the complex. Our balcony had no roof and no light. Thankfully there was no rain as I spent a lot of time on the deck.

Loved the beach and this location, and the pools are fantastic! Easy to move around throughout the day.
Construction in the main lobby and bar area while we were there was a minor inconvenience. Would love more authentic Mexican food. Would also appreciate if there was more enforcement on chairs saved throughout the day, often towels would sit all day and no one would use the chairs.

We loved how friendly the staff were and our housekeeper was the best! The staff works so hard every day to keep the facilities clean. The free drinks were great and the entertainment was fun! It's beautiful!
We were hoping to enjoy authentic Mexican food as a choice on the menu but there was not many choices. So we went out most days in the town. We didn't care for the food and also couldn't get online in time for dinner reservations, so we weren't able to see what was served then. It's all inclusive and I don't agree with having to make reservations to go eat dinner. Also people hoard the chairs at the pool by leaving their towels and floaties on them first thing in the mornings regardless if they're swimming or not. We weren't able to sit at the pool under an umbrella once.. the whole time we were there.

Same and boring
One of the waiters was rude and ignored my husband, i think she even flip him off

The colors. cleanliness. Access to pools, oceans and bars.
The food left much to be desired. Even the Mexican food was average at best. The kids liked the desserts. All the food seemed wet - chicken, fish, pasta. everything wet. “American food” was subpar (pizza / burgers).
2.0 / 5.0
adaquate and there were plenty of options. Juices were great and omelettes were good. waiters were very good
replacement of fruitsand yogurts were refilled slowly if at all. Very concerned at cleanliness of serving tongs. They were the same throughout the sitting. Totally at oddswith all the other health controls.

location, AC worked.
The food was terrible. Always Cold, felt like we were being fed like pigs the entire time. No internet in rooms. Incredibly loud at night with music entertainment that seemed like it was inside your bedroom. Also, sewage water came up from the floor in my bathroom twice I just hope I don't get ecoli from this trip.

beautiful grounds and facilities, something for everyone

Like that there was an adult only pool and a variety of pools. Would of been nice if atleast one pool was heated. The food at the buffets were good. Liked all the smaller buildings and grounds. The grass areas were well taken care of but could use more care in the other areas. The beach is big and short walk down to the market and restaurants. Drinks were good.
The pool loungers were terrible. They were low to the ground and hard for people to get out of. They were also sooo uncomfortable. Guests were buying air mattresses and bringing down chair cushions to lay on. Have never had loungers like that. There was some good ones by the oceanfront that were comfortable. But was a small section with no umbrellas for shade. I’ve never been to an all inclusive that didn’t have servers at the pool. The bed was even harder than a normal Mexican bed and pillows were lumpy. I’ve always enjoyed watching the iguanas but way too many at this resort. I was sitting at the buffet restaurant and all of a sudden my leg felt like I was being wrapped in something and pain. It was an iguana. My lower leg was bleeding in 3 places and scrapes in several other places. My other leg had an indent I assume was from his tail whipping it. The waiter made me feel like it was my fault. He said you must of moved your feet and scared it. I was already sitting there for 5 minutes and was eating and not moving. I shouldn’t have to worry about not moving cause an iguana came in my table space. The waiter just left. A guy at the table next to me said you better go see the doctor. You think the waiter would of said that. The doctor cleaned it up and put antibiotics on it. He said I’ve never seen this happen before many times and apologized. I seen the guy at the next table the following day. He asked how my leg was and told me that the week before an iguana bit a woman and she needed stitches. I thought a manager or someone would check on me the next day, nope nothing. The iguanas and turtles go in the pool all the time. The workers in the morning have to remove the turtles from the pool. Enjoyed watching them from a distance before at other resorts but this was crazy. All around the pool and loungers. There was enough lounge chairs during the week but not on the weekend. Lots of room to put more but they didn’t. No side tables either

This was our first time staying at this resort. We loved the location, it was nice to be able to walk into town. The pools were great, especially enjoyed the adult pools.
There wasn’t much not to like. Excellent value for the money. Wasn’t crazy about the service at the front desk. As most people commented about having to pay for a key for the safe. Not having wifi available in the rooms was unusual.

The beach area was great, the staff were great, we had a great view of the ocean from our room on third floor. Best of all was that you were a quick walk into the town of Buceries which had a lot of food restaurants and entertainment, art walks etc..
The room was space, a very comfy bed, two chairs and one dresser. Just two plastic chairs on the balcony, more comfy seating would of been nice.
