Very nice and easy-going hostess, the apartment is very well situated to visit the Scala dei Turchi and the main attractions in the Agrigento area. we were happy to find a fully equipped kitchen :)

We were alone in the house so it was no problem at all for us - but even though the kitchen and bathroom were for private use, they are only reachable through a public corridor. The fridge is really small especially if you want to cook on a regular basis.

Free coffee machine in the welcoming foyer. There is a nice balcony.

We spent one night only in July and we were given a room on the top floor: it was too hot. There are two fans provided in the room, but in my opinion it’s not enough. We had to keep the window open and because the room is located in a busy area in the middle of town it was very noisy all night. Air conditioning would solve this issue and would have made our stay definitely more comfortable. Although there is a nice balcony there are no chairs to sit.

Wi-Fi is not working, as it is not covering the space. At the reception you could see an ashtray with consumed cigarettes but during the evening and night, the stink of the cigarette reached out rooms up the second and third floor. On the top room, it is hard to walk in half of it because it’s a under roof,there is s small kitchen with mugs but no pans or water boiler. The small windows on the roof could not to be open to change the air.

this is a property that is run by a lovely lady. located in the heart of Realmonte with street side parking it ticked all those boxes. the bed was comfortable and the room clean. great value for money! a couple of really great restaurants walking distance and a short drive to the beach.

I didn’t realise the room was not on suite. there is a curtain to give privacy as you leave your room to go to the bathroom which was mine exclusively. the loo when you flush would wake the street so I felt bad about flushing in the night. I would stay here again even with the strange bathroom set up but I’d have liked to know this in advance. just a heads up this is a house that is smoking so if you are offended by cigarette smoke this is not the place for you.

The host welcomed us and was very nice and helpful. She gave a lot of usefull information. The accommodation was spacious, comfortable and clean. Fully equipped kitchen, good (modern) airco, comfy beds. If you ask she'll even give you a parasol and chair when you go to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay :) Thank you!

You have your own kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. They are all next to each other, but the entrance is via a common hall. You need three keys.
