Good location, nice balcony with 2 chairs. Breakfast choice good and plenty food.

The restaurant was not open which was a shame

Room is spacious. Staff very friendly. Easy to find the place. Shower was good and warm. Pleasant stay. Accomodation arranged the Indian Nose hike for us which was arranged efficiently.

Location is further from the ferry but walking distance (will be problem with suitcase tho, take tuktuk then). Staff didn’t speak English. Didn’t use the pool.

Decent location. Bed were comfortable. Portable fan in room.

Didn’t have warm/hot water for shower, shower didn’t drain and I was shocked/electrocuted when I tried to adjust the shower head. Toilet lid was cracked and had footprints on it. Bathroom faucet was not secured to the sink and would spin when trying to turn on/off.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, arranged tours as needed, even last minute. The gym next door was a bonus on the rainy days. It is 5 min walk from the main restaurants and coffee bars

there was no breakfast. what they call a resturante was never open until the morning we left.

no resturante, did not accept credit cards. had to take water taxi to Panahashel to use atm because the 2 that were in hotel town were empty. Hotel is very hard to find with narrow streets, they used waze to find it but even waze got confused. Had to get the local police to escort us.

it says it's soundproof, it definitely isn't. you hear everything very well. Without earplugs you will wake up. The shower is also cold in the evening. I did not find the price-quality ratio right. The hotel asked our key back so that they could clean. We were waived all day and when we returned our key at the door. Everyone could have entered. In addition, you will not open the shower door from the inside.

The rooftop was fabulous for hanging out. The breakfasts were delicious!

The staff and manager were amazing here always so accommodating. I got here very late (around 11pm) after a long and the staff were very helpful. Free breakfast is very delicious and freshly made, not buffet style. The view from the restaurant overlooks the beautiful lake also. I did not go in the pool but the pool/garden area is really nice to relax. They also have a very big gym with alot of equipment. I had 2 double beds both very comfy and nice clean bathroom.

Booked a room with a balcony and did not receive that room. Shower was weak sauce. Breakfast was supposed to be included but there was nobody around in the morning. We waited 30 mins and gave up. Pretty underwhelming. I would try a different place next time.

Owned by a local family, very helpful, accommodating and always smiling. Well equipped gym next door with convenient price, ask about it at reception. Food was really nice too and very clean.

The manager goes out of the way to help you. We had a rental but the owner had to meet us up at midnight because Google Maps doesn’t work in the area.

Hard to get location. Got to the hotel at midnight (GPS got us to a tight street that the car couldn’t go by, so we ended up walking) and knocked at the door of the hotel with no answer :( Took us an hour to get the manager on the phone so he could meet us. The hotel is under renovation so it was not providing breakfast on site. Receptionist said we had to go to location 20 mins away by foot. We ended up driving there and leaving the car parked by the side of a very tight street -hoping that it wouldn’t get scratched. We had tons of things to do, so it was very frustrating. Waited for breakfast for another 30 mins or so - a la carte. Water in the shower never really gets hot :(
