Good location so easy walk into centre. Friendly local restaurant and organic market across street

Poor communication between owner, who doesn't live locally, and helper meant we had to wait over an hour to be let in. No hot water throughout stay.

Arrival was very good, we communicated by Whatsapp and there was a nice guy who showed us the appartment that is well equipped: kitchen with dishwasher (great), coffee machine, air conditioning, flat screen RV, free WiFi. The terrace is amazing. The beds are comfortable

The appartment looks bigger on the pictures as it really is, there are lots of stairs to bring the suitcase up to the bedroom. The terrace is great but not to enjoy lunch or dinner as its 2 floors up. There is no space in the bathroom to put towels or clothes.

There was a lack of cooking utensils, no kitchen knife or bread knife, no tea towels or washing-up cloths or brushes. Several of the pots and pans were unwashed or badly washed, the tablecloth had greasy marks. The kitchen drawers were dirty. The shower had not been properly cleaned for some time with an accumulation of algal mould behind the door. The flat owner responded unhelpfully, somewhat aggressively to my comments, although his assistant was sympathetic and did her best. A cleaner was sent after a few days but arrived in the evening when we were about to eat so we sent him away and did the work ourselves. The electricity in the flat failed due to a faulty socket, but there was no information in the flat where to find the fuse box, and the faulty socket was not repaired during our stay, and there was no information on how to reset the heating so we had to call out the assistant twice for help, which she willingly gave.

location, design

It is true there’s free parking around but it’s always busy. very difficult to park. there’s a huge parking in front of the building but it’s paid and you can’t buy the ticket for day the day before, so on Saturday’s you have to wake up early to buy the parking tickets before 8am

Perfect location to visit Ravenna and the mosaiques. All places to visit in walking distance. Close to restaurants and bars. Very nice owner and colaborators!

The terrace was awesome! The place in general was very well furnished including dish washer and washing machine.
