La struttura rispecchia le foto del sito stanze curate,staff disponibile ad ogni esigenza,noi abbiamo preso la suite era bellissima aria condizionata in due stanze,balcone a terrazza.Gli hotel dovrebbero essere tutti così!Siamo rimasti davvero contenti! Abbiamo alloggiato con i nostri 2 cagnolini hotel pet friendly.La mia valutazione è 5 stelle

Hotel di alto livello staff alla reception eccellente poi la Signora Asia delle pulizie cortese, gentilissima e ha rifatto una stanza super profumata.La colazione top parcheggio comodissimo!La suite è meravigliosa!Un posto da consigliare a chiunque!Ci torneremo sicuramente 🤩

Staff was very friendly, the room was cleaned everyday, sheets changed every day, location perfect, close to the beach and all the best restaurants. Breakfast was very generous, good parking for cars. Swimming pool was also a big bonus for us.
The mattress and the pillows could be upgraded, or at least give options, the pillows for me were too big. Otherwise everything else was perfect.

Great location, good selection of food at breakfast both savory and sweet, very large bedroom with 2 rooms, super helpful staff!
The bed was very stiff and uncomfortable. The facilities are quite old and could use a renovation.

Pool was lovely to cool off in on hot afternoons, buffet breakfast was excellent, good location by seaside and to train station and old town. Room and bathroom were excellent, could have easily stayed longer

Liked breakfast, location, personel was friendly.
The 4 star for this hotel would be 2 star in other Western countries. Bar didn't have enough wine. AC works a bit backwards, marble floor super slippery (injured my leg), cheap balcony furniture which becomes expensive if you scratch them, power outlets by the bed are under the ngiht stands and difficult to reach.

Very nice location, great breakfast (nice and wide selection), the pool was clean, but just a bit cold.
The room was spaceous and with great balcony.
Too loud from outside during night, so just mabey ask for room with the view to the pool.
Sleeping in the couch is not so pleased.

Excellent breakfast and plenty of storage. Shower facilities and 24 hour desk were nice.
Walls between rooms quite thin so you could hear TV from other rooms. My air conditioning was stuck on 26-7 degrees and I couldn’t cook the room further.

Breakfast Is great...lots of choice! Room was spacious and comfy with balcony. Staff are kind and helpful. Easy to park your car.
It Is in the city centre, few steps from the beach.
Swimming pool was obviously closed as It was low season but I would have appreciated to lie on sunbeds as it was warm and Sunny.

Staff was very friendly welcoming us with big smile, rooms are big, beds comfortable and bathrooms nice and clean. Very good breakfast with a lot of choices nicely presented. I will definitely recommend this hotel

Everything perfect. Staff, location, cleanliness, breakfast. It exceeded my expectation. Highly recommended

Breakfast was exceptional, great choice of food and drink, and breakfast was served 7am through 12 noon! Train station was a 15 minute walk, Old Town was a 15 minute walk and the beach was a 1 minute walk. Metro down to Flaibilandia was 15minute journey from train station.
Pool wasn’t open but it was out of season.

The room was very spacious and it was cleaned every day to an excellent standard. The breakfast was amazing with lots of choice to suit all dietary needs. All the staff were considerate and very friendly. We will be back again and would highly recommend it.

The room decor was a bit basic for a 4 star hotel. There were much nicer rooms displayed on booking.com when I was looking. I must have been unlucky with the room I was given.
