Il n’était précisé nulle part que les bonnets et sandales étaient obligatoires pour accéder à la thalasso de l’hôtel et pas de prêt possible du coup nous n’avons pas pu en profiter alors que nous l’avions choisi pour ça. Il n’était pas non plus précisé que le parking de l’hôtel était payant et coûtait pas moins de 20€ la nuit

This is a really disappointing hotel, it is definitely not a 4* and should not be marketed as such. It clearly hasn’t been renovated since perhaps Serge Blanco was actually playing rugby in the 80s. The facade of the hotel is very tired and needs a total makeover. The rooms are very bare, we were allocated one overlooking a large balcony with air conditioners on it and right next to the service elevator which started going up and down quite early in the day. I did ask to move rooms however was told it wasn't possible. I also tried to speak to the Manager on two occasions but was not contacted back in either occasion. The beds are uncomfortable and I can only assume the pillows are borrowed from the nearest penal facility as they are certainly not made for comfort. The gym looks like it was built in the 80s or 90s and not updated since then. The food in the restaurant was actually pleasantly nice, albeit service not great. We tried to use the Thelasso on a rainy day but after waiting for 45 minutes were told it was full and would not be able to enter. In short , I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking until it undergoes a significant makeover of both the hotel and the attitude of management, looking at the photo (attached) in the lobby it would seem other recent guests agree.

it’s unlimited spa entry is a good thing, location is really nice and staff is really polite.

we were not satisfied by the cleanliness, rooms were clean but common areas were not up to the mark specially for a 4 star hotel.

great location. spaceous bedroom with outdoor space: mezzanine set-up is perfect for families travelling with kids. amazing pool.

in desperate need of a refurbishment: all facilities are old and worn, nig to say sometimes decrepit.

I liked the location and the pools.

I thought it was very expensive. I expected a lot more style for the price.

The personal was very friendly, the premises was elegant and clean. The room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and there was enough space to sit outside around our close by the pool. Although there was a street right next to hotel, it is well hidden and it feels private. The cocktails are very well made. The fitness room is well equipped and clean.

It lacked a little Detail in the room. The sealing had cracks and the water tap was not straight. Also I thought the beach would be private for the hotel, but I probably didn't read properly. So the public beach in front of the hotel is totally crowded.

Proximity to beach is perfect and the room was very clean. Also the breakfast buffet was excellent. The thalassio pool is a great bonus.

Guests are treated as if everyone is a potential thief! ie. You have to return your bath robes directly to reception at check out to avoid being charged for them. A reminder in the room would help. Also, a kettle is provided but if you want tea or coffee etc you need to ask at reception. When we asked for tea we were given 1 teabag! Really not 4* as in the hotel title. Check in staff were nice though.

The restaurant advertised itself as something special & it was far from it, the attitude of most of the staff was not the best.

The food in the hotel restaurant and generally the location was and is great.

We ordered a junior suite and did not get what you would be expecting staying in a junior suite. The room was small and our view was directly onto the air ventilation system at the back of the hotel. This simply does not fit a junior suite and the price that was charged. The junior suite was maximum on a standard room level. For the price that was charged (including the spa) you could easily stay at a top tier hotel world wide. The spa was nice but there where only 8 sun chairs for the whole pool area. All in all room and spa wise it was not worth the money spent.
