Très bruyant. Enfant qui cours dans les corridors, claquent les porte et jouent au hockey sur les étages. Tres désagréable.

Ce fût un cours séjour, moins de 12 heures et je n'ai rien trouvé à déprécier.

They actually don’t have an EV charging station and implied I should have called them directly to check. Same answer on the request to have a room on the first floor to which they gad replied by email to confirm, said I should have followed up to make sure. Rude and dismissive. Also: locking latch on door not aligned to be used, shower head at 5’10’’ so get ready to bend over to wash your hair.

Very noisy , group of kids up all night going from one room to another, knocked on my door by accident.

The breakfast was amazing. Lots of selection. The rooms were very clean and tidy and the hotel also honored our request for an extra cot.

The breakfast was varied and well presented. Cleanliness and food rotation excellent. The location was outside the city center but closer to the highway. It was adequate for our traveling needs at the time.

Maybe a wider variety of restaurants who can deliver food at the hotel since we had chosen it eat the evening meal on site and we did not have transportation to go to a surrounding restaurant for take-out.

front doors were not power sliding and didnt have a disability button to open. There was no disability parking.

Noisy and crowded with kids running around in the hall; woke up at 1am with a loud noisy that ppls were yelling in the hallway.

The temperature of the pool. My young kids were freezing. The water wasn’t really clean and clear.
