Wonderful position and great breakfast

incredible view from balcoon. Spacy. Pretending to be boutique, in some way it is, though in the same time a little spartan, anyway quite nice.

air conditioning is not working. Staff adivce "just open the window, hehehe" to got the hot water in shower, you have to wait 5-7 minutes wasting tens of liters waiting till it will get warm

Modern hotel sitting serenely on the waterfront of a delightful small town. Our water facing room was spacious with much appreciated luxurious touches. Breakfast outdoors was very good and best of all was the wonderful service and hospitality of the front desk staff.

location and services: nice view over the sea good breakfast and amazing food at the restaurant. all the staff ( both hotel & restaurant) very friendly and always available.

The bathroom is not well organized and designed, there is not enough space around the sink and there aren't enough hangers available for the towels.

it was nice , i loved the bathtub and the room was beautiful looking over a beach.

the AC was too low. it was 40 degrees in a heat wave. we were going around Sicily for 5 days and slept in cheaper hotels and the AC was always great ! i expected that in a hotel like this one An AC would not be a problem. they gave us a portable AC and it was noisy and bothered us during our sleep. location is good but away from a lot of things so if you go you need to have a car to be able to go around. otherwise it will be good if you want to stay in a quite beach with very few people around.
