We had a great week - the house is in a great location - nice a close to the beach, near some restaurants to walk to. The layout of the unit is great and it was nice having the front deck and lots of parking.
The apartment was ok. The beds are not comfortable and the kitchen needs more lighting - its very hard to cook at night. Some more eating utensils would be great too.
I was not aware that the laundry was shared with the apartment upstairs, it made it a little inconvenient and awkward.

We love the location of this house! Just a short walk to the beach and shops. The large porch and beautiful side yard are great for gatherings. The inside was clean and inviting. Jim was so responsive to any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Although, the first week of our stay the second floor tenants were loud and number of people exceeded the limit mentioned in the location agreement.

Me and my family recently rented this beautifully decorated vacation home on LBI, NJ. It was comfortable and close to everything we needed, short walk to beach, bay, golf, shopping, great little bakery around the corner. Everything on this property was in good working order and had no problems with anything. Good water pressure for showering and great central air, neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. Great private yard for outdoor activities. Owners were very easy to deal with it. Will definitly do this one again.

Me and my family recently rented this beautifully decorated vacation home on LBI, NJ. It was comfortable and close to everything we needed, short walk to beach, bay, golf, shopping, great little bakery around the corner. Everything on this property was in good working order and had no problems with anything. Good water pressure for showering and great central air, neighborhood was quiet and relaxing.
