Cette "retraite ensoleillée" est située dans un quartier calme et convivial de la communauté adulte active de Sun City West avec un accès pratique aux magasins de détail et à l'une des plus grandes épiceries Frys du pays - un véritable endroit de destination.
La retraite offre beaucoup d'espace à commencer par un grand salon, une cuisine bien équipée, un bar à petit-déjeuner et une grande salle à manger, une chambre principale avec salle de bains, une chambre spacieuse (dressing dans les deux chambres) et une charmante moustiquaire Salle Arizona où vous et vos invités pouvez déguster un café le matin, un happy hour ou un barbecue dans un cadre extérieur attrayant.
Nous avons les techniciens couverts avec quatre téléviseurs à écran plat dans toute la maison, un service de télévision par satellite et WIFI pour gérer vos besoins Internet et de streaming. Nice quiet neighborhood. The house was comfortable and well stocked with extras for cooking and cleaning up. We would stay here again. We had no problems with the house, neighbors or host. Everything was 👍

This was a great Home to stay in Peoria AZ! It was clean, spacious, and very well stocked! Everything in the house worked well and it was so quiet there! The Owner, Bob, was very communitive, he answered all my texts! The Arizona Room was one of my favorites! I am looking forward to staying again!

Really enjoy staying in Bob’s home in Sun City West. We’ve stayed 3 times now and always find the home clean and Bob is just a wonderful host to work with. He is super responsive if anything does come up.
The home is spacious and well kept. It is in one of the older sections of SCW and not super fancy but it is very comfortable, nicely decorated, and very quiet. The backyard is great for relaxing and all the TVs have either Roku or Direct TV available.

Nicely furnished home in Sun City West. Great location, very quiet. House is older but in great condition, with recent decorations, furniture, and very clean. Bob was great to work with and made for a stress free stay

Everything you could need!
I love rentals that are set up for renters! I don't like staying at places where you feel like the owners will be back any second and you can't touch/use anything. This place was clearly set up for the comfort of the renter. Everything you could possibly need was within reach and there were even ice cold waters in the refrigerator waiting for us upon arrival! Such a nice treat! Everything was neat as a pin and Bob was such a pleasure to work with. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! :)

Stay was for month of November. House was very clean, had all the items you could possibly need , even 2 Refrigerators. Bob was very good to work with. Would highly recommend this property and would stay there again.

Wonderful place to stay
Loved our time at this home...owner was so easy and nice to deal with. The house is so comfortable, both bath and bed linens were of high quality, house was clean and well stocked. We enjoyed the DirecTV as we have it at home and so we knew where all our favorite channels were. Certainly will return again.

Quiet neighborhood
Able to walk the dog, play games on the screened in porch, and go to restaurants nearby. Just would have been helpful to have twin beds in the second bedroom.

Sonnet Sunshine Retreat - Lots of sunshine and lots of retreat
We had a great stay at Sonnet Sunshine Retreat. The place was very inviting, relaxing, and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware, dishes, etc. which made cooking easy and enjoyable. The decor is just right, not overwhelming like grandma's house or so austere that you feel like you are doing time. The enclosed back patio is a great place to take an afternoon nap even when it's 105˚. We look forward to staying there the next time we are in Phoenix.

Easy checkin, clean, well stocked and comfortable. We stayed a month while our house was being renovated so it felt like "home away from home". Highly recommend.
