The location and the staff were great. It is pricey, but I think is normal in Rome.
To access the hotel is tricky, if you do not have internet you cannot access your room.

Apartamento próximo aos principais pontos turísticos de Roma, viajamos em 4 adultos, sendo dois de 70 anos e um bebê de 2 anos. Muito limpo, confortável, espaçoso, região nos pareceu bem segura bem como o prédio. A 30/40 metros do mercado o que facilita bastante.

La stanza è molto confortevole, pulita e con un arredamento davvero piacevole. Mobili e arredi sono studiati e sistemati con stile. Anche il bagno è carino e dello stesso stile della stanza. La posizione è super centrale con metro e bus a poche decine di metri. Se si vogliono raggiungere i posti più turistici come p.zza di Spagna, Trinità dei Monti, etc, si può anche arrivarci con una passeggiata non impegnativa o troppo lunga. È ben servita sia di ristoranti che pub e caffetterie.
I titolari sono stati gentili e molto disponibili.
Davvero se torniamo a Roma verremo ancora qui a dormire.
L' unica "pecca", se si può trovare, è che c'è un po' troppo caldo, sono abituata a dormire con una temperatura più bassa, ma in inverno va anche bene così...

Lovely staff who were so welcoming and a great location near the Metro for getting around Rome. We had a lovely big room and beds were really comfortable

The location is perfect, great value for money. Room was nicely decorated. Staff are very considerate, Chiara was very helpful and offered good restaurant tips. Vincenzo is quick responding to messages.
There is no breakfast buffet. The air con stopped working while we were there.

Newly refurbished room - very nicely done. Deluxe Family room was good for family of 4. Nice bathroom. Coffee maker, kettle and small fridge very useful. VERY central and close to Piazza Del Popolo, Villa Borghese, Metro and Tram connections. Great cafes and food options nearby.

Highly recommend this place to stay. Very convenient location with all kind of public transport stop nerby.

Perfect location, right before Piazza del Popolo and Borghese gardens. Great communication with the staff, clean room, clean bathroom. A very good place to stay.
Next to a tram station. it's a bit disturbing during the night. And you can hear every little noise from the other rooms.

The place is nice, exactly as described and what you see on the website. It was squeaky clean, there is a cleaning service daily if you need it. The best thing I liked was the location, perfectly situated if you like to explore Rome walking, which I did. They offer late check-in for 20 euros which for me was great, as I arrived very late. And also taxi service from the airport.
I didn’t like that you could hear noise from the other rooms - like TV, cleaning, people talking. Not a dealbreaker for sure, just a bit unpleasant. Wi-fi was off and on, mostly worked well, but at times for a few min there was no connection. For travelers it’s perfect. if you plan in working from there - not sure. Also, and maybe that’s standard, but I was surprised that city tourist tax was not include in the booking, so I had to may extra 3,5 euros per night when checking in. Again, no biggie, I was just not expecting as usually it’s covered in the booking fee.

Clean, nice and very central room next to the metro station of Flaminio. Ideal for a couple!
We don't care a lot about noise but there is some bescause of the tram passing in front of the rooms. Also there is a charge of 20 euros when you arrive after 21.00 which is an extra cost to keep in mind in that case. Overall a very good experience

Rooms were very clean. The rooms are in the centre and one can reach the main attractions very easily.

Amazing place! Very very clean, very beautiful and comfortable room (even better than the pictures), quiet neighborhood, very friendly and helpful staff. Overall great experience, we will definitely come back!

It is near the Piazza del Popolo and all the "must see" is reachable by walking. A Metro Station is around the corner, parking possible at Bertollini Garage 200m , breakfast just downstairs

excellent location. such a pleasure to be able to walk to so many historical places. restaurants in the neighborhood. also, many shops. the owner arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport which worked out very well for us.
room was spotless and very well appointed.
the only disappointment we experienced was that the internet did not work for us despite assistance by staff.
we would gladly return but would keep in mind that internet might be iffy.

The room was extremely clean. The cleaning of the room was done daily and was very thorough. The cleaning staff were also very kind and nice and deserve a pay rise.
The beds were very comfortable.
The location was great and the metro was a 2 minute walk from the rooms.
The air con was fantastic.
The shower was spacious and had good water pressure.
You had to give 48 hours notice of your expected arrival time. The host was pushy and wanted this information weeks prior to our arrival. This didn't allow for much flexibility in our travel timetable.
