Cet appartement penthouse spacieux est au dernier étage du développement très recherché de Boka Heights à Dobrota. Il est lumineux et aéré avec de hauts plafonds, de magnifiques vues panoramiques ininterrompues et n'est pas négligé sous aucun angle. Il possède son propre grand balcon orienté à l'ouest avec des meubles de salle à manger en plein air et offre une vue imprenable imprenable sur le fjord.

Lovelly apartment in a beautiful location. Plenty of activities to suit all parties with the joy of Kotor a 45 minute walk. Restaurants, bars and a shop sre all close. The steps might not suit older members of a party but the view is to die for. Also great service from Lucy and her husband

Really amazing view, good airco, well equiped appartment.
But
- after 1 minute in the shower, the water remains in the tub.
- the shower needs a good cleanup
- on most windows, the shutters on the windows cannot be closed or opened anymore
- terras could use a paint-job/clean-up.
- lot's of junk under the sink cupboard and in the bedroom wardrobe
- the whole domain isn't well maintained (dirty stairs, ...)
- too few sunbeds at the pool

Amazing view! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony each morning listening to church bells and birds. The property IS however at the tip top of the hill and stairs (we didnt have a rental car and walked everywhere), but it was worth it! Also, the mattress/bed is quite firm, along with the AC unit not working the best in the main bedroom. Otherwise the property was perfectly situated for for us, and we are happy it was available. Very pleased.

Fantastic location with spectacular views. Within walking distance of Dobrota, and lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. The Old Town is a short drive away, or for those who enjoy walking, take the route along the bay. Takes about an hour on foot, but lots of places to enjoy a drink, or some lovely food. There is a supermarket very close to the accommodation. We will miss the view!

We absolutely loved it here! The balcony affords the most fantastic views from both lounge and bedroom and adds so much value to the stay. The pool is a great option to have and we found it really nice in the evening after long days hiking and cycling to cool down and recover. Short walk to beach to enjoy the water, plenty of shops and restaraunts nearvy but we enjoyed the pleasurable 30 min walk into Kotor each day/night. Brilliant place to stay, highly recommend it

Property absolutely faultless, yes the steps are challenging though if you’re relatively fit then no problem and the views most definitely worth it. The pool was of a decent size and a great way to cool down. Local amenities were sufficient but the walk into Kotor was quite a treck especially as the temperature never dropped below 30. Would 100% recommend this property

Lovely apartment , much bigger than photos make out. Great air con which was much needed. Bedrooms are large. The steps and hill up to apartment are a killer especially in 38C! So as others have said pls note if not fit. However when you get up the view is outstanding and l cant think of anything better than having breakfast on the balcony.

We had a lovely stay here at Boka heights. Communication with host and local agent was great. Our flight was diverted to Albania due to a storm and we arrived after midnight - 8 hours later than planned and Sandra was there to greet us and texting me to tell us not to worry about delay. Even offered to buy us some groceries !
And then the next morning after so much stress, we woke up to the most amazing view ! The access is via a steep hill and lots of steps and was hard when it is so hot. The view is worth it but may be too much for some people. There are a few restaurants along the waterfront. It is a lovely holiday home with the most unforgettable view. Thank you for a lovely stay.

We enjoyed every minute of our two-week stay in the apartment with an outstanding view of the Bay of Kotor. The apartment was perfect for our needs and had everything we could possibly need for a comfortable stay. We would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kotor. The host was also very nice and helpful.

Others have really covered it all: the spectacular view from the balcony makes all the steps required to reach the apartment worthwhile. I would not recommend to anyone over 60, though, no matter how fit you consider yourself to be. Things that would make this apartment even better: more comfortable beds, a coffee maker with more than 1-cup capacity, and window slats that close all the way (some of them get stuck in the open position, which lets the early morning light in). Oh, and banish the rooster that lives next door! Overall, though, the apartment is a gem and we'd love to return someday.

Incredible view
We spent a lovely 5 days at this apartment in a very nicely maintained complex with pool. The view from the large terrace is spectacular and we spent many an hour enjoying the action on the water. Dobrota itself is a lovely place with several bars and restaurants and Kotor is easily accessible. Lucy was a great host and communication was excellent.

Spacious apartment, gorgeous view
Lovely penthouse on complex with great views from the balcony. A lot of stairs up to the property in hot weather but we were expecting this & the views were worth it. Good local supermarket, restaurants & bars. Lovely walk into Kotor along the front - about 5km & took around an hour. Beautiful surroundings & had a great boat trip plus a drive into the mountains. Would recomend.

This apartment fine for the 5 nights we stayed.
Plus points - Communication with Lucy the owner was great.
The apartment was as described and well kitted out.
The view was to die for!
Apartment location was great, easy drive from Tivat.
Kotor was walkable - took about an hour along the road along the beautiful bay.
Several good restaurants, a small supermarket and a bakery all within walking distance.
Minus points - very steep hill and lots and lots of steps (see other reviews) We found the hill a big struggle (we are 60+ and fairly fit)
Apartment was not very homely and a tad tired.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cet appartement à Dobrota. Il est calme, propre et la vue est époustouflante. Nous ne nous en lassions pas. La piscine accessible à tous les locataires des appartements de la résidence est nettoyée tous les jours. La localisation de l'appartement est parfaite (à 5 mn de Kortor) de plus du fait qu'il soit en hauteur et non au bord de la route, il est également au calme.
Nous conseillons clairement cet appartement dans lequel nous retournerons certainement un jour.

135 Steps
Yes, it is 135 steps from the carpark to the apt but worth it for the fantastic views over the bay. Sunsets are spectacular. The whole area is made up of steep slopes and numerous steps, so great exercise. The area is beautiful with many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The Old Town of Kotor is nearby and the walk up the fortress walls is really worthwhile, best done early before the day gets too hot. Took a speed boat trip around the bays, brilliant way to see the area. Budva was worth the trip and only about 40mins away. Lots to see and do, great location to explore Montenegro. The border crossing can be time consuming between Montenegro and Croatia so need to leave sufficient time to get to airport. Overall a beautiful holiday location.

A breathtaking view
The photos can’t do the panoramic view from the balcony justice. The views from the pool are spectacular too. This property is a gem.
We enjoyed walking along the water front and stopping for drinks at one of the restaurants. We had a great speedboat ride in the bay and the views above Kotor, either from the city walls or path above, are not to be missed!

Schöne Tage in Kotor
Wie hatten die Wohnung mit vier Erwachsene gemietet. Die Wohnung ist noch recht neu und modern eingerichtet. Kleinigkeiten waren nicht ganz so gut. Die standardmäßig verbauten Rollos an den Fenstern funktionierten teilweise nicht mehr. Die Betten sind schön und modern....und total unbequem. Ein Bett ist 1.50 m breit (Wohnwagenmaß). Die Matratzen sind total weich und minderer Qualität. Schade, dass solche Sachen den eigentlich guten Eindruck trüben. Absolut genial ist der Ausblick auf den Fjord. Wahnsinn. Die 125 Stufen zum Appartement sind für ungeübte sicherlich bei Temperaturen von über 30 Grad immer wieder eine Herausforderung.

The apartment was lovely. Its the highest on the complex and it was really quiet. I'd love to go again in a different season. Sandra was great, I think she's an agent and helped us to get taxis and a new parasol. The only reason i haven't given top marks is because the swimming pool is too small for such a big complex.

Worth the View !
You will not be disappointed with the view ! The photos of the view from the balcony do not do it justice. There is a steep hill / a number of steps to get to the apartment from the road so be aware ! There is a small supermarket around a 5 min walk from the apartment where you can get basic food and drinks for the apartment. There are also some nice restaurants down on the water within an easy walk. The local buses run on the street below the property (virtually every 15 mins except for Sunday's) the nearest stop is just before the supermarket. You can get the bus into Kotor city center, Perast or Budva. We walked into Kotor from the apartment twice during our stay and it is about an hour's walk along the water (so keep in mind when the suns out as it is a bit of a hike). The host was very nice and available to assist if required. We arranged a private transfer to Dubrovnik via the host which was much cheaper then what was being offered in Kotor. All in all would happily stay here again if ever back in Kotor !

Everyday was a beautiful day in paradise
We have been travelling around Europe the past 3 months and this apartment was by far our favourite. Communication with Lucy and Sandra have been effortless each time which made our arrival that much smoother. Beware, there are 125 steps to get up the apartment, Filip was kind enough to help with our heavy baggage. However, each step was worth it! The apartment was clean, spacious and extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed in the kitchen where we made most of our dinners. There is air condition in each of the rooms which was a God send since the average temperature during our 2-week stay was 36degrees Celsius. Now for the best part-- the view was really unbeatable. We spent all our meals at home on the balcony with the most awesome view of the sunset. Of course, I cannot leave out the amazing pool where we spent most of our days. Old town is about 1 hour walk but it's easy to get a taxi for 4-5 Euros. There are also several bars, cafes and restaurants nearby and on the water. The grocery store is avout 10-15 minute walk as is the delicious bakery. I miss it already and wish we were back.

Superfine apartment
The appartment was just like we expected, even more. View was amazing and our agent Filips service was very good and smooth. Everything regarding to house, accommodation and etc. was PERFECT! The whole family enjoyed staying at pool which was clean and deep enough.
Tourism and facilities in Montenegro itself is getting better little by little I hope in the near future.. Nice and interesting country and view though!

Very comfortable spacious apartment with a spectacular view
Lovely modern spacious apartment, nicely furnished with all needs catered for. We enjoyed the large balcony which has the most amazing views across the bay, took our breath away when we first saw it. A truly stunning spot for alfresco dining in a nice quiet location away from the bustle of Kotor. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
Dobrota has a lovely waterside front with a selection of restaurants within walking distance, we can highly recommend Portun. Kotor is about 30 minutes stroll along the waterfront. Our host Lucy was very helpful and provided some useful information.
Kotor offers a great selection of restaurants, shops and bars and has a nice vibe. A walk up to the top of the backdrop mountain for stunning views is a must. Also, visit the small gift shop owned by the Kotor cat lady, close to the start of the mountain climb. All proceeds go to helping her look after the stray cats in Kotor, she's a lovely lady and does an amazing job. Horizonte beach is a nice sandy bay about 30 minutes away, with nice walks nearby. Would recommend getting a car to get the most of your visit. We didn't get time to visit the national parks, but we will be back!

Amazing property, stunning location
We are a family of 4 , with teenagers and this property was everything described. The views are absolutely stunning and because of the mountains the scenery seemed to change each day. The property itself was spacious,clean, well laid out and the double balcony provides the most perfect backdrop. The steps up to the property provided a good workout, but well worth it for the views. The pool area was perfectly located and clean and well cared for. Daniel from Remote Control who met us when we arrived, was friendly ,flexible and a mine of information - really helpful.
Montenegro itself was absolutely beautiful and the drive over the mountains to Cetinje , is a must , as it takes your breathe away.
We highly recommend the country, area and property and will definitely return.
