Nice rooms, clean and big. Clean bathrooms, enough towels. The restaurant is expensive and doesn't open until 3 PM but can provide a nice dinner. Convenient location if you need to catch a flight at the nearby airport.

Breakfast starts too late for some people catching AM flights.

staff help even though they did not speak English. all were helpful. the breakfast choices.

the first room I was in the AC did not work properly & the base of the shower tub leaked very badly on the floor.? cost for washing pants was high, other’s seemed ok.

Standard business hotel at an affordable price in a central location

It was very disturbing that hot water needed about 10 minutes to arrive in the room (as was also indicated by the reception). Calama is an oasis city in a harsh desert environment and all of North Chile has a dramatic water problem. It is irresponsible to waste so much water, and this is why I downgraded my review. I got a free dinner to compensate for my complaints, nice, but that does not solve the problem. Minor issues: No board for clothes, no fridge.

much expensive than the original price. bad smell in the room, cold water in the shower, to much noise, no room service I had to get my food from the restaurant, hair in the sheats, bad wifi connection.
