Very good hotel. Good location, free parking, perfect restaurant.

The hotel has a beautiful view, it’s modern and clean and the staff are gentle, and super helpful with tips on where to go and what to do. The breakfast is really good with homemade cakes every morning.

Lovely hotel with beautiful sea views from the bar and terrace. Our room was spotless and very comfortable. The breakfast and food in the hotel was wonderful. A big call out to the staff, and in particular to Alfonso, who were most friendly and helpful. A wonderful place to stay that is convenient to get to many of the sites on this beautiful stretch of coastline.

We had no complaints whatsoever. We will stay in the Est hotel without hesitation the next time we are back in this part of Puglia.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I was there the day before the hotel closed for the season, but got full service. They could not have been nicer.

Could not have wished for a better stay. We spent 5 days there as a whole family (3 generations) and everything was perfect. Warm welcome, great facilities, delicious and varied breakfast buffet, yummy on site restaurant. The staff went out of their way to cater to special dietary needs.

The staff were exceptional helpful in any way breakfast was very good and the room spacious and immaculate. Will stay again.

There was only one small issue which does not reflect on staff, there was a couple - guests - used the SPA at midnight and made a lot of noise so other guests could not sleep. This was very unfortunate because the hotel was nice and quiet the other nights

Good east-facing sea view above and behind the thermal springs. Nice balcony. Helpful staff. Center of town location. Hot tub. Nice breakfast. Water provided in room (with sign to not drink tap water). Bathroom has been updated, but room is generally simple. Hot water, fridge, and A/C worked.

Overpriced. WiFi 8Mbps with 325ms loaded latency was passable but not great for working as a digital nomad. Room on the small side. No pool. Could hear adjacent guests. No advance instructions on where to park. No kettle in room (but one was provided at the bar, thank you!)

Very nice and helpful staff, communication was good in english - they also have a whatsapp account - you could ask stuff instead of calling. Super clean rooms with AC, big and spacious. Also the breakfast was great, a lot of choices - also complimentary coffee or even soda without extra charge. The view from the rooftop terracce is immaculate!

Beautiful setting with amazing views. The hotel is very modern . Our room was very spacious with lovely bathroom and very comfortable bed. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We only stayed for one night but will definitely be back next year !

Too much fish on the dinner menu !! Only because I'm fussy and don't like fish!! A chicken dish would have been a welcome edition to the menu !
