Nous avons reçu un accueil des plus chaleureux avec un pot d'arrivée dans une splendide villa amenagée avec goût et praticitée. David et sa femme nous ont meme offert durant notre séjour des tortillas maison !!! Quel délice ! Ce sont des personnes trés agréables et prêt à tout pour que votre séjour dans leur maison soit parfait. Nous partons en Espagne depuis 7 ans, c'est incontestablement le meilleur accueil et la meilleure maison que nous ayons eu. Nous recommandons a 200 % cette location nous avons passez 3 semaines de vacances merveilleuse en famille. Encore merci à vous deux A trés bientot Julie et Alexandre

Exactly what we wanted, lots of space, good bbq and great swimming pool. David and his wife were great hosts, they made is feel very welcome and gave us lots of good advice. Definitely recommend.

We had a fantastic time and couldn't ask for more. David was so helpful and kept us upto date with all tourist information. Him and his wife couldn't do enough to help us all. Wheb we arrived we have nibbles and snacks on the table as well as drinks for us all. We went as 2 families children age ranging from 5 to 18. The pool was lovely and clean and so waa the villa. We would highly recomend and would be definately looking to return at some point. We didnt hire a car and didnt feel the need for it. Its a 20 min walk to the town and beach and 10 to the train station. There is also a free bus if required. David also offered to take us into the village. He was so lovely my 5 year old son even gave him the biggest of hugs as we left. If you are considering booking dont hesitate you really wont be disappointed.

Nous avons passé deux semaines dans cette magnifique villa excellent située. La maison est parfaite, fidèle à la description et aux photos. La superbe piscine permet de se detendre et la mer est à 5mn. Enfin les propriétaires sont d'une gentillesse et d'une disponibilité rarement vue. Ils nous renseignaient sur les activités à proximité, les horaires de train pour Barcelone. A notre arrivée l'accueil était parfait et ils nous avaient préparés des en cas pour le soir. Une maison à recommander à tous ceux qui veulent passer de bonnes vacances.

Wir waren mit 6 Erwachsenen und 3 Kleinkindern vor Ort. Schon im Vorfeld hatte sich David bei mir gemeldet und Kleinigkeiten abgeklärt. Bei unserer recht späten Ankunft empfing uns ein sehr gut gelaunter David mit seiner tollen Frau. Er zeigte uns ganz genau das Haus, wichtige Kleinigkeiten wie Mückenstecker etc. Am Ende ging es in das Wohnzimmer, wo uns ein liebevoll zubereitetes Menü erwartet hat. Am nächsten Tag begutachteten wir das Haus und die Umgebung. Das Haus sieht noch schöner und gemütlicher aus, als es die Bilder ausdrücken können. Es ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt für die Kinder viele Spielsachen. Der tolle Pool ist umzäunt, so dass die Kinder nicht alleine dorthin gelangten. Supermärkte sind sehr nah, das Stadtzentrum ist schnell zu erreichen (5 Autominuten) und der Strand (8Autominuten)auch. Die Gegend ist nicht von Touristen überlaufen und so hat sich ein wundervoller Urlaub entwickelt. David hat mir per WhatsApp sehr viele Möglichkeiten geschickt, was wir besuchen und besichtigen können. Er gab uns Ermäßigungen für den Wasserpark und war immer da, wenn wir in brauchten. Er war aber nie so präsent, dass es irgendwie gestört hätte. Wenn etwas kaputt ging, hat er schnell und unkompliziert ausgetauscht bzw. repariert. Rundherum kann ich jeden empfehlen, dieses Haus und die Gegend zu besuchen. Ich hatte nebenbei einmal angemerkt, dass ich verschiedene Tapas nirgendwo in Spanien gesehen habe. Am letzten Tag hat Davids Frau uns tatsächlich Tapas und Frittata gemacht. Einfach spitzenmäßig, sehr gastfreundschaftlich und unbedingt weiter zu empfehlen. Es waren für uns tolle 14 Tage.

La casa está súper bien y tiene de todo! Los dueños muy amables han estado pendientes de que no nos faltara de nada, gracias! La piscina, la terraza chill-out y la barbacoa lo mejor! Muy recomendable!

Wir sind mit Kindern und Enkelkindern da gewesen und es hat allen gut gefallen auch für die Kleinen war viel Spielzeug vorhandenen.Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt.David war auch sehr bemüht uns den Aufenthalt angenehm zu machen

Wir sind durch die tollen Bewertungen auf das Haus aufmerksam geworden und können uns wahrlich nur anschließen. Sehr gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Garten und der Pool sind sehr schön und groß. Zu Fuß sind es ungefähr 20 Minuten bis zum tollen Strand. Das Haus liegt in einer schönen Gegend. Bis zum nächsten Supermarkt sind es zu Fuß nur 5 Minuten. David und seine Frau sind wunderbare Gastgeber! Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und im Haus warteten schon ein paar Snacks mit kühlen Getränken auf uns, was uns nach der langen Fahrt sehr entgegen kam. David hat uns über Attraktionen und Ausflugsziele informiert und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für unsere Fragen. Das Haus eignet sich auch hervorragend für ein Urlaub mit kleinen Kindern. Der Poolbereich ist eingezäunt und es gibt einige tolle Spielsachen für die Kleinen im Garten. Eins steht für uns fest, wir kommen wieder!

The host David went above and beyond what we expected of him, giving us lots of helpful information of the area and even giving us a lift to the beach after we had dropped off our luggage so we could enjoy our arrival day. I would thoroughly recommend this villa to families as it has everything you need for an enjoyable, relaxing break away. We had a fantastic stay in this lovely villa. Everything was really well looked after, there was a great pool and outdoor kitchen where we spent all of our time! The beach and shops were all close by so we didn’t need to rent a car and a free bus to the beach made things even easier! The hosting by David was great, so attentive and helpful we felt we could ask him anything and he would do his best to help us. We would definitely recommend this villa to anyone who needs a nice relaxing getaway with the family!

We hebben een super weekje vakantie achter de rug. De eigenaar is ongelofelijk vriendelijk en heel behulpzaam. Alles is zeer netjes en verzorgd. Een absolute aanrader! Zowel de volwassenen (4) als de kinderen (4) hebben genoten. We gaan zeker nog eens terug. Huisje is gelegen in een heel rustige wijk, vlakbij winkels.

Fuimos tres parejas con dos niños cada pareja (12 en total). Son cuatro habitaciones, tres amplías y una de matrimonio con terraza muy bonita. La casa es preciosa. La piscina espectacular, vallada para los niños. El jardín es amplio y tiene zona de juegos para mayores y niños. La zona de barbacoa es increíble, con una barra para tomar algo mientras preparas las brasas y una mesa muy amplia en la que hemos comido sin apreturas, y con sombra, lo cual se agradece. La cocina totalmente equipada y el salón es amplio con mesa dentro por si se prefiere comer dentro, aunque nosotros hemos estado en la calle todo el día. Pero lo mejor de la casa son los anfitriones. David se ha preocupado en todo momento de plantearnos planes para hacer en el pueblo, donde comer, etc. Os recomiendo ir para comprobarlo vosotros mismos.

Wir sind alle eigentlich keine fleißigen Schreiber von Rezessionen. Mit wir meine ich, unsere Urlaubsgruppe aus zwei Familien, die aus vier Erwachsenen, zwei Teenagern (17 und 15 Jahre) und zwei besten Freunden im Alter von 6 Jahren bestand. So viel zu uns… Die Auswahl fiel auf dieses Angebot, da es unsere Anforderungen auf den ersten Blick absolut erfüllte. Viel Platz, großer Pool und einigermaßen strandnahe Lage zu einem bezahlbaren Preis. Im Nachhinein war unsere Auswahl der absolute GLÜCKSGRIFF! Bereits der erste Kontakt per Mail mit dem Vermieter, David, war so angenehm, dass wir es voller Vorfreude kaum aushalten konnten, endlich die Reise starten zu können. Nachdem wir nach 16 Stunden Fahrt völlig geschafft endlich angekommen waren, erwartete uns David mit einem freudigen Strahlen im Gesicht. Er hatte ein kleines, liebevoll angerichtetes Buffet vorbereitet, von dem wir während der Haus- und Gartenbesichtigung immer wieder naschten. Wir sind alle der Meinung, dass man wirklich wenige Menschen im Leben kennenlernt, die so sympathisch, herzlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit (ohne auch nur ansatzweise aufdringlich zu wirken!) und ehrlich sind! Nun auch noch ein wenig zu dem Haus und der Gegend. Das Haus und der Garten sind so wunderschön, mit hingebungsvoller Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet bzw. angelegt, dass man es nicht wirklich in Worte fassen kann. Durch den großen Tisch im Außenbereich ist man quasi dazu genötigt, alle Mahlzeiten draußen einzunehmen. Die nötige Verpflegung holt man sich entweder bei Lidl oder dem Mercadona Supermarkt, die beide in einer Minute mit dem Auto zu erreichen sind. Durch den uralten, traumhaft schönen Olivenbaum im Garten fühlt man sich tatsächlich wie im Garten Eden, nur dass dieser noch perfektioniert wurde durch den tollen Pool! Die Gegend ist für mich bisher die schönste, die ich jemals in Spanien erleben durfte. Der Ort ist teilweise von einem kleinen Gebirge umrandet (perfekt zum Wandern) und der Sandstrand absolut sauber mit teilweise türkisblauen und immer tiefklarem Wasser. Und für uns Deutsche auch etwas ungewöhnlich, parkt man in L'hospitalet de l'infant sogar direkt am Strand völlig kostenlos. Den ganzen Urlaub über war David für uns immer erreichbar bei allen Fragen und gab uns die perfekten Tipps unsere Reise noch perfekter zu machen! Aber überzeugt euch einfach selbst von dieser Idylle… nur nicht nächstes Jahr wenn wir voraussichtlich wieder dort sein werden!

Wir haben unseren jährlichen Sommerurlaub mit drei Kindern und der Oma dieses Jahr in l‘Hospitalet verbracht.Es ist ein ruhiger Ort, der noch nicht vom Tourismus überlagert ist. Der Strand ist leer und hat viele Parkplätze, die noch kostenfrei sind. Der Strand ist wunderschön und mit einer tollen Bar direkt im Sand. Es gibt eine seichte Stelle, die ideal zum Baden für kleinere Kinder ist. Der Ort hat ein paar nette Restaurants, in denen man gut essen kann. Tarragona und Reus sind eine halbe Stunde entfernt und eine Reise wert( auch mit Kindern). Das Haus von David ist einfach toll. Es ist riesig und bietet viel Platz. Es ist sehr gemütlich mit vielen Details eingerichtet. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht, sogar mehrere verschiedene Arten von Kaffemaschinen. Wer gerne kocht, der ist hier gut aufgehoben. Das Haus ist Ideal für Kinder, es hat einen schönen grünen Rasen, Kinderspielzeug und einen absperrbaren Pool. David ist wahnsinnig bemüht und ein wirklich sehr netter Mann. Leider haben sie in unserer zweiten Ferienwoche in der Nachbarschaft angefangen zu bauen, was die Ruhe ein wenig gestört hat. Aber das war wahrscheinlich einfach nur Pech. Das Haus kann ich jedem wärmstens empfehlen. Vielen Dank nochmal lieber David für alles.

LOVELY LARGE VILLA AND GROUNDS WITH 6/700 OLD OLOVE TREE. LOTS OF VARIOUS OUT DOOR AREAS FOR EITHER SUNBATHING BY POOL WTH A SHADED BARBECUE AREA .THE POOL IS AT LEAST 10M LONG AND APPOX 8FT DEEP DOWN TO 3FT WITH SHALLOW ENTRANCE FOR YOUNGSTERS. GRAND CHILDREN 18 &14 LOVED . SO DID I EVEN THE WIFE GOT IN ONE EVEING WHEN THE POOL LIGHTS CAME ON. THE OWNER DAVID WAS A CHARMING HOST AND DID EVERTHING THAT WAS ASKED OF HIM. AND ALWAYS AT END OF PHONE . THE VILLA IT SELF WAS HIS OWN WINTER HOME AND HAD RUSTIC CHARM THAT MADE US FEEL COMPLETLY AT HOME. THANK YOU BOTH. Si vous cherchez une maison parfaite pour les vacances, ne cherchez plus c'est celle-ci !! Une maison tout confort, proche des commodites et de la plage, sans compter sur l'extrême gentillesse des propriétaires, leur disponibilité et toutes leurs petites attentions qui rendent le séjour très agréable !

The villa exceeded our expectations, it was a home from home, we all felt very comfortable. There were lots of areas to relax both in the shade and the sun, the outside facilities are great, especially the BBQ area and covered porch/lounge. We were able to swim properly in the large pool which is one of the best we have ever rented. Location was quiet and peaceful, the lovely town was easily accessible by foot and car, as was the railway station, where we travelled to Tarragona and Barcelona. There are 2 supermarkets very close by, with ample shops and cafes in the town. The Beaches are fantastic. David and Damaris were great hosts....thank you.

Vietimme villa Oliverassa kesäkuun kaksi ensimmäistä viikkoa. Sää oli ihanteellinen perhelomailuun, ei ollut liian helteistä. Ystävällisen isäntämme Davidin mukaan oli poikkeuksellisen tuulista ja viileämpää kuin tavallisesti siihen aikaan, suomalaiseen makuun lämpötila oli kuuma. Merivesi oli vielä viileää. Seurueessamme oli kaksi perhettä ja kaksi isoäitiä yht. 9 henkilöä ja kaikki viihtyivät villassa hyvin. Villa on kodikkaampi ja kauniimpi kuin kuvat kertovat, sijainti rauhallinen, pihassa mukava lasten leikkiä. Kotikaupunkimme oli pieni ja rauhallinen ainakin tähän aikaan kesästä ja teimmekin retkiä hieman isompiin kaupunkeihin. Moottoritietä oli helppo siirtyä muihin rantakaupunkeihin. David oli aina valmis avustamaan ja informoimaan eri aktiviteeteistä, hän oli oikein mukava ja huolehtivainen isäntä! Ravintolatarjonta ei ollut kovin monipuolinen mutta villan grillipaikkaa tuli käytettyä ahkerasti. Aivan lähellä oli Mercadona josta sai mahtavaa grillattavaa, ja tuttu Lidl oli myös kävelymatkan päässä. Auto oli välttämätön sillä rantaan oli teitä pitkin sen verran matkaa että pienemmät lapset eivät jaksaisi kävellä, varsinkaan kuumalla ilmalla. Suosittelemme kohdetta rauhalliseen perhelomailuun, ihana, tunnelmallinen villa, hyvä uima-allas! Kiitos David!

Was so sad to leave even after almost of 2 weeks of stay in that beautiful and cozy villa. Everything in house was exactly as described and pictured. Spacious bedrooms (1 en-suite), big kitchen with all appliances you require for comfortable staying during a holiday. As i like to kook on a charcoal the bbq area with a massive table and full set of bbq devices was perfect place for me during all 11 days of our staying. Pool is large, so you can even swin in it. Also liked fencing around it, so children could not easy access it. Massive garden area where children can play and run all day with a small corner with different toys. Beach is quite far (about 15 minutes walk through town), but its not a problem even if you don`t rent a car. There is a free bus during the day time to town centre and after that you will reach the sea in approx. 3 minutes. 2 big supermarkets with massive choice of different foods and drinks just 5 minutes walk. We didn`t rent any car as on the map you can see that train station, which can bring you to beautiful cities like Barcelona (1.5h) Tarragona (25 m) Salou (13m) and massive theme park Port aventura (15 m). Sometimes on short journies we even had free rides as ticket selling person was in other coach. This saved us some money :) Special thanks from all of our group to villa owner David and his wife, who helped us during all period of our staying with different tips. I never had so warm welcome on villa holidays.

Lovely house, quiet location In the house has everything you need for relaxation, including a barbecue. Great for multiple families. 20 minutes by car to Port Aventura. 5 minutes by car to Blance. Far from the sea, 10 minutes by car 5 minutes walk to the train station.
