Great Kitchen facilities and lounge areas.
The room was small and there was no air conditioning. No staff presented (It was let yourself in with a code) With that said, I felt it was overpriced, compared to what I had experienced in the Snowy Mountains region.

Breakfast was just bread and butter no real coffee no fruit nothing. it's nowhere near continental breakfast

It was well maintained and large, perfect for my family of 5. The owners were lovely.
Unfortunately we are allergic to dogs and they had one roaming the dinning hall. The double beds are also super uncomfortable, felt like laying on planks of wood.

This little motel a few streets from the highway, run by a lovely couple, is great for a 2-3 night stay. The room had all the comforts needed (nice beds, large shower), a small off-street carpark behind the motel, free WiFi, and a free continental breakfast in a medium sized dining area. The motel is only situated 45mins from Bullocks Flat terminal, so was convenient to drive to and from every day.
- The motel is slightly dated, and in-particular the sounds made by children and their parents in the adjoining room could be heard quite clearly through the thin walls.
- While there is a large dining area the motel does not have any lunch or dinner dining options.

Property was nice and cosy. Heater was really good in the room. Decent breakfast and dining room. comfortable stay with pool tables to play and relax.
Would have been much better if the toilet is inside the bathroom instead of separate one, otherwise it was all good

The family room was very unkempt although the beds were comfortable to lay on. Was very basic for a family of 4 and didn't think it matched the price we paid for the stay.
