Le personnel était très sympathique et agréable et la décoration de l’hôtel était magnifique.

Hôtel très mal situé, dans les hauteurs avec aucune possibilité de se garer et donc par obligation nous avons dû prendre le parking de l’hôtel qui coûte extrêmement cher (20€ la journée) ce qui nous a rajouté un très gros supplément pour un séjour d’une semaine car il n’était pas compris dans la réservation quand elle faite via Booking. Pas de salle de sport disponible non plus. Le petit déjeuner est très basic, petit et ne change jamais durant votre séjour. La chambre est également très « froide » et très petite, avec un sèche cheveux peu fonctionnel, une pression de douche à revoir, des taches énormes sur les murs blancs et aucun cadres pour dire de décorer la chambre, seul la salle de bain est vêtue d’un carrelage coloré… Pour ce qui est de l’air conditionner il ne fonctionnait pas non plus. Et quand la chambre était nettoyée un jour sur deux les essuis n’étaient pas remplacés … Le Rooftop est magnifique et très bien mis en valeur sur Instagram, mais en réalité il est appréciable uniquement pendant le coucher du soleil, sinon la vue laisse à désirée, le « jacuzzi » ne fait presque pas de bulles, l’eau est totalement verte et il est tout petit par rapport à toutes les chambres que composent l’hôtel, je ne peux pas imaginer comment nous pourrions en profiter si tout le monde décidaient de s’y rendre en même temps. De plus, nous avons attendu 20 minutes avant de commander un verre et nous sommes partis car nous avions un restaurant de prévu et personne n’est venu voir si nous souhaitions boire quelque chose. L’hôtel offre un verre d’accueil quand nous arrivons mais il est remplis à peine à moitié… Je ne comprends pas l’utilité d’offrir un verre si c’est pour mettre une dose des plus minime dans le verre.

Appena arrivati ci hanno accolto con estrema gentilezza, offrendoci un drink di benvenuto. Cosa che non avviene ovunque, siamo rimasti incantati dalla struttura, curata in ogni dettaglio. L’Ho scelta per festeggiare insieme a mia mamma i suoi 60anni, e la cosa sorprendente è che senza dire nulla ci hanno omaggiato a colazione di una torta con sopra una candelina, e questo ci ha sorpreso davvero tanto, mia mamma davvero emozionata ciò fa capire quanto tengano al cliente, ci siamo sentite davvero coccolate! La terrazza con la piscina idromassaggio con vista sul mare bellissima ed un pranzo squisito..Sono felice di aver scatto questa struttura! La consiglio davvero!!!

Due to location just expect to have a good up hill walk back to the hotel.

Everything was perfect. Probably the best place we stayed in southern Italy. Rooftop was fantastic. Breakfast was excellent and the staff was very friendly.

Wir wurden im Domo sehr familiär empfangen und haben uns auf Anhieb wohlgefühlt! Die Aussicht auf den Golf von Neapel war atemberaubend!

For exploring Pompeii, this is an ideal location and hotel. You are just 20minutes by train and Domo20 is in a picturesque town on the sea, while the Pompeii area is pretty gritty. The hotel is newer with excellent beds, spacious rooms, great service, and a really fine breakfast. The breakfast is generous with fresh pastries, meats, cheeses, yogurt, fruit, croissants, salmon, fresh juices, cappacino and more! This is a bit of an uphill walk from the train with luggage, so I suggest a taxi on the way up. It is pretty easy getting down to the train by foot with roller bags. This place is fantastic!
