I like to state in a renovated old spacious house close to city centre.

I did not like a management that was anxious that I not take the hotel keys with me, somehow military sergeant style, and promised to send me receipt of my payment that I have never received. Moreover, parking is like a jigsaw puzzle game and the hotel stays directly to a highly trafficked street. Breakfast is the usual Italian coffee & croissant.

This is a really nice hotel only 3 minutes away from the train station and the center. I got a very pretty room with a street view. I don't think the pictures do justice to this hotel! The breakfast was an italian style and made by the order. I especially want to thank the wonderful staff of the hotel!

Nice breakfast and excellent espresso. Reception was friendly and quickly. Value for money!!!

Location excellent. Just minutes walk from train and royal palace Small single room as booked but everything really lovely. Very quiet overlooking small courtyard area with many pot plants. Breakfast. Excellent coffee in bar area and freshly cut fruit for a plant based diet. Much appreciated

If you are planning to sleep well in the morning, that's not a good choice At 7 o'clock you hear many people including staff talking loudly

Staff, owner's just wonderful

Location too near train station. Heard early and evening trains. Street very busy with auto traffic Sidewalk very narrow. Owner's and staff excellent. But for solo senior travelers I suggest Royal caserta or similar. Also wifi ok 1st night, but 2nd and 3rd night non existent in room. You may use the Lobby for WiFi.

The hotel is in a great location just down the street from the train station. It’s an elegant old style and they made good use of the limited space with next door to include parking and a cafe where breakfast is served. The room was spacious, quiet, and clean. The bathroom was tight to include a bidet but modern; the shower pressure was good. I liked the breakfast - mine was cappuccino, cornetto, yogurt, fresh fruit and juice. I felt the owners were highly involved in having a successful hotel.

Wifi was not available in my room

Very helpful and friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfortable bed, good shower. Good private parking on site - they really stack the cars in on a busy night, but it’s easy enough to get out the following day.

Nice location in the centre, very nice and helpful staff (one of the receptionists spoke fluent Polish :) good italian breakfast, CoVid restrictions observed but not overwhelming. Recommended.
