The pool area was smart looking with lots of available sun loungers. The site had a backdrop surrounded by beautiful countryside.

Breakfast was continental and therefore not gluten free ,which is to be expected in France but not any good for me as I am a coeliac. When asked if I could have anything else the answer was simply, "no". When I asked for some milk for my tea. The gentleman poured it into a cup. It had clearly gone off. He want to pour some more out of a fresh bottle onto it and when I outlined it had gone off, he threw the cup across the kitchen area which smashed in the sink. The shared kitchen area was very dirty. The kitchen clothes available were very unhygienic. I did not see this area being cleaned during my visit. I asked several questions to the host prior to my visit. Only one of my messages was responded to. The advert said we would have a superior room with a four poster bed. There was no four poster bed.

The kindness and responsiveness of the hostess of this complex will forever be in our hearts... it's something incredible- we were traveling from Ukraine to Spain during a difficult time for our country and on the way we stopped at this wonderful place - it was really hard - two small children, a hard road, and when we arrived at the destination booked via Booking, we didn’t even imagine that we will want to return to this place more than once in our lives... The hostess met us late in the evening, after hearing our story she gave us a bottle of wine, and when we didn’t have time to open our eyes in the morning, she brought a real French breakfast - magic croissants, fragrant coffee and orange juice for the children. It is important that on the territory of the hotel we easily parked the car at night. As for the room, the rating is definitely 10 out of 10: a good and comfortable mattress, clean bedding, clean bathroom, the kitchen has all the necessary utensils, it was easy to connect to wi-fi with high speed internet. To everyone who wants to spend a cozy, comfortable vacation in a sincere place - definitely a recommendation!
