Le trou de la souris est enveloppé de falaises de granit vertes et de champs de roulement doux qui se déversent dans la mer brillante; seuil de l'océan Atlantique. À seulement une minute de marche du port sur une petite ruelle, «Seaview Meadow» est sur une colline avec une vue magnifique sur la mer à travers la baie. Face au sud, vous pouvez regarder le lever du soleil à l'horizon et vous asseoir sur la terrasse et admirer la mer toute la journée. Prenez un café le matin en regardant le soleil glisser dans le ciel et promenez-vous dans la mer pour nager. Décoré à un «Seaview Meadow» de haut niveau est une retraite confortable pour ceux qui veulent s'échapper pendant un certain temps.
Chambre avec un beau lit double en laiton. Salon / salle à manger avec vue mer sur le jardin. Il ya une télévision avec TNT et lecteur DVD, des DVD peuvent être empruntés. Cartes et guides aussi. Une nouvelle cuisine avec des plans de travail en chêne, un double évier en céramique, des couleurs vives de verre et un éclairage clair. La cuisine et la salle de douche / WC ont le chauffage au sol. Parking extérieur sur la route. Nous nous réjouissons de vous accueillir dans notre maison.

We had a very warm welcome from Cyppo, who had left some thoughtful treats & beautiful flowers as well as practical things like milk, pain au chocolat & coffee. He had lots of useful recommendations for things to do & places to eat. He even apologised for Saturday's atrocious weather!
Two nights weren't enough to see & do everything in the area, so we will definitely be back.

It was comfortable , a short walk to the harbour of mousehole . perfect for lands end porthcurno beach which is superb and, minack theatre .

We really enjoyed our few days in mousehole, the property was perfect for the two of us, everything you need, clean and comfortable and we were made to feel very welcome. We will definitely return and would recommend.

A perfect place for a cuple (or single) to stay, up the hill from town, with a lovely view from the terrace. Hosts Cyppo and Mandy are caring, helpful, and not intrusive.

Loved our stay! Cyppo and Mandy were so helpful and welcoming, it was really appreciated. Also fabulous to get their tips and tricks for the local area (e.g. getting the train to St Ives) and beach parking tips. Gorgeous little cottage with so many lovely touches to make our stay feel special. We hope to return and have already recommended to friends

The property lies close to the owners house within his property and looks out towards the sea and the unspoilt and beautiful harbour of Mousehole and is a 5 minute walk away..
The property is snug but well designed and fitted out with all the things you might expect for a brilliant holiday . We would definately stay here again.

Cyppo and Mandy were great hosts. We appreciated the welcome message on the slate outside and the treats. The apartment is small but perfect for a couple, comfortable and well equipped. The terrace is great for breakfast in the sunshine. We were always able to park on the road outside. The location is excellent for Mousehole itself, local walks and the bus.

Far enough up the hill from tightly squeezed centre of town to be able to drive in and out without too much trouble. But because property name included “Meadow” we expected to be out in a field with easy parking ! Our host Cyppo was most welcoming and made us feel quite at home. Basic breakfast needs and a box of chocolates were welcome little luxuries upon our arrival.

Lovely coastal village. Great restaurants to eat in, booking in advance would be wise. On road parking but lane is narrow.

We were in a great area walking to restaurants... and the gorgeous harbour... Cyppo and Mandy great helpful hosts... the cute Sea view Medow covered our needs..comfortable bed and facilities..although overall the bathroom was on the tad small. We enjoyed ourselves very much and would recommend...thank you..

Mandy and Cyppo have a gorgeous property and the Mousehole area is a gem we will be sure to return to for our anniversary trips. Not only is the accommodation beautifully kept and furnished, the hosts are incredibly friendly and relaxed in their approach to hosting and provided us an excellent experience as first time users of VRBO.com. Nothing was too much trouble and we felt incredibly welcome at all times. The Cornwall area is rich with natural and local heritage and Cyppo and Mandy are great for pointing you in the direction of places to see/eat and things to do. Recommend highly.

Right from our arrival Cyppo and Mandy were great hosts. A warm welcome and some lovely welcome treats greet new visitors.They gave us some great tips about where to eat and where to visit. The let is perfect for a couple, comfortable and all the equipment you need for a holiday. The exclusive use of the terrace which looks out to the sea is particularly nice in the summer. The only challenge is parking, but it is for every house in Mousehole, so as long as you know what to expect it is no problem at all. We never had to be more than a couple of minutes away. Although we tend not to holiday in the same place twice, for this place we may well make an exception!

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at Seaview Meadow! Cyppo and Mandy provided all the necessities to create an idyllic four days in Cornwall. From the welcoming snacks upon arrival to the comforts of a cozy cottage, I couldn't have asked for more. Cyppo and Mandy are just lovely and I only wished I had spent more time with them. Cyppo and Mandy’s cottage is a comfortable, warm, relaxing home away from home. The cottage was plenty spacious enough for me with a ‘bedroom’ area which felt quite separate from the couple of steps down to the ‘sitting’ area.
The 2 Velux windows allowed the light to flood in and created an opportunity to easily let fresh air in giving a feeling of embracing the outdoors.
The decor in the cottage has been tastefully done with pale colours and natural wood creating a modern feel of relaxed coziness.
There are some great places to eat and relax with a drink in the village of Mousehole along with good walking right from the doorstep and so many beautiful places worth visiting nearby, St Ives, Newlyn, Penzance, St Michaels Mount, etc
Cyppo and Mandy were always available if needed but not intrusive. I had a wonderful stay in Mousehole and would definitely return. Thanks for providing a great place to stay and enjoy it all.

Seaview Meadow – is a compact self-contained accommodation ideal for a couple and brilliant for visiting Mousehole - a short walk to the harbour. Cyppo and Mandy are excellent hosts, very welcoming and provided great suggestions of where to eat and visit. Thanks we will hopefully will return to Cornwall.

We had such a lovely 3 night stay in Mousehole and can thoroughly recommend Seaview Meadow.
Cyppo and Mandy provided everything that we needed and more. We were given some good tips of places to visit and all of our comforts were seen to.
The warm vibe in this accommodation is very conducive to relaxation and the position is superb, being just a very short walk into mousehole.

Cyppo and Mandy were excellent hosts, available but left us alone. We received a very warm welcome with wine, milk and chocolates. A brief tour of the property and instructions for appliances was very helpful.
A handbook for the property was readily available with emergency contact details if needed. There was also lots of up to date information on things to do along with an OS map, books on local history and even a children’s book on the story behind Mousehole Lights.
There is no allocated parking, this wasn’t a problem for us as we visited in September but I would imagine could be difficult in high season. There are however plenty of buses to the main tourist attractions.
Wi Fi was patchy but that was common throughout the area.
Lots of steps-it is in Cornwall.

We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Seaview Meadow in Mousehole . Cyppo and Mandy were the Perfect hosts and have created a gorgeous , homely little haven that has everything you could need for your stay . The fresh flowers , chocolates , milk and wine on arrival are special touches that also add to the warm welcoming that you receive .
They were on hand when required to offer recommendations of places to eat or visit and to answer questions you may have .
We had never visited this area before and this was the perfect location to explore the exquisite natural beauty of Cornwall including the most stunning beaches .
We will definitely visit again

What a wonderful week in Mousehole. Cyppo and Mandy are fantastic hosts, really helpful with local knowledge and made us feel so welcome. The accommodation was really cosy and felt like a home from home, just a short stroll to the harbour. Parking is a little tricky but this was height of season and really to be expected in such a small village but we just drove further up the hill towards Paul and found a spot, we then didn’t really move the car all week, the bus service is fantastic. We will definitely return and would not hesitate to stay here again.

We spent a week here and had a really fabulous time. Cyppo and Mandy were brilliant hosts, and the property is lovely. We appreciated their local knowledge, friendly suggestions for places to visit and the apartment has a lovely patio and to eat on. Highly recommend.

We received a very warm welcome from our delightful hosts. The property is quite small but well equipped with a lovely garden terrace with glorious sea views. The location, towards the top of the village means that it is easy to park nearby. There are several pubs and restaurants a short walk away so plenty of great opportunities to eat out.
Staying in Mousehole is a nice way to see the village without the large number of day visitors, both in the morning and evening it's a wonderful place for a stroll. We also found Mousehole a great base for exploring the rest of Penwith from, you're only a short drive from any of the popular locations on the penninsula.

We had a lovely week away in this small but cosy apartment which had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The wine and sweets left for us by the owners was a lovely touch and very appreciated! The owners themselves are lovely and gave us some great recommendations of places to visit and eat! Sennen Cove being a favourite to watch the sunset!
We had some issues with parking and had to park up the hill quite alot which might not be good for some people. We quite enjoyed our morning walks up the hill!
Terrace was lovely and the sea view really pretty.
Mousehole itself is beautiful and would recommend visiting!

I LOVE this place! It’s so incredibly charming, cosy and warm! Pictures don’t don’t do it justice at all! 5 min walk from The Kings Arms in Paul where they do excellent pub grub. Mousehole harbour is a 2 minute walk down the road where you’ll find a lovely food deli which is great for a morning coffeeCyppo was extremely accompanying and his attention to detail was excellent! Nice welcome sign for my girlfriend and me, and a lovely bottle of wine left in the the kitchen. Kitchen had everything you need should you want to cook and have a cosy night in. Tip - Parking can be tricky. If you’re lucky, you’ll get a space in front of the property. Otherwise, you can park in front of The Kings Arms pub for free.
