cleanliness of the hotel needs improvement. Bed sheets was not changed during the duration of our stay . Friendly receptionists , but unable to comprehend why they charged the rooms & collected the deposit , but upon checking we were charged the rooms again . Reason being the earlier pre authorisation charges of RM 1274.84 will be refunded in a weeks time ? Why would the hotel collected the earlier deposits & refund in a week time ? I would have expected the refund would be done instantly upon checking out????

Breakfast was good and could be more extensive to include local fare.

We found out that the booking for a room to accommodate three persons only comes with breakfast for two. The local fare at breakfast could be more extensive. Park Avenue does a wider range of local food for breakfast. The bedlinen and pillow cases were smelly during our first night stay.

The bed is really comfortable.

We have to pay a deposit of RM200. That was a total shock as I have not encountered a hotel that required such an amount..

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. No bed side table lamps. The windows were not clean.

The room was spacious and clean.

The hot water heater was not functioning. The aircond was not strong enuf thruout the night.

The staff, facilities, F&B and location are great and worth the money spent.

The water shortage happened before we checked in, so the color was not so good.
