This was our second stay here. Very clean, easy to reserve, decorated beachy, our pets can be with us and convenient to my Mother. We will definitely stay here again in the future. We highly suggest this house!

Stayed at this property for one week in April. We are exploring possible rentals for a future longer stay with our larger breed dogs. This property met our needs - large fenced in backyard, open floor plan, dog-walkable neighborhood, and close location to other dog-friendly sites. The hosts were prompt with their communication and easy to work with. It is clear that they take pride in the property. We will be returning next year for an extended time with no doubts that we will enjoy the stay.

Very clean, spacious, and a quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping centers, restaurants, and the ocean. We as a family would highly recommend this place! And would definitely return for a vacation at this location!

The home was just amazing - everything was just as the pictures on VRBO - and more. I enjoyed the quiet, friendly and safe neighbourhood. Situated close to all the amenities that I am familiar with and use almost daily. Close to grocery stores, gas stations, markets, restaurants and The Indian River Walk. The hosts were wonderful, friendly and checked frequently to see if I needed anything. I spent most of my time in the Linai - and my dogs enjoyed the fenced in back yard. Definitely a keeper - would love to stay there again in the near future Thank you Hilda for everything

What a great place to enjoy all that Sebastian has to offer. The home had everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable. Our dog spent a lot of time playing frisbee in the backyard and taking long walks through the neighborhood. We would love to stay here again. Definitely a 5 star.

I really enjoyed my stay. The house was lovely, very comfortable, large open spaces and very homey. The house and yard were perfect for my dogs. The neighborhood was friendly and safe, I walked my dogs frequently. It was hard to leave! I would recommend this house 100% and the host was very responsive, friendly and accommodating. The general location of the home was great too.

My husband and I really enjoyed our three month stay at this property in Sebastian. The house is bigger than we expected with spacious bedrooms and living spaces. The updates to the kitchen and bathrooms were top notch. The tile floors throughout are a plus. We especially enjoyed the private fenced-in backyard where our dog could run or relax day or night. The screened in porch was a nice place to wind down to relax with a cocktail or meal. Location is in a quiet neighborhood, nice for walking our dog but convenient to shopping, restaurants and parks on the Indian River or Wabasso and Sebastian beaches. We relocated to Florida from CT and were able to continue our search for a new home in the area from this house. The use of a garage and laundry allowed us to keep many of our necessities in the house during our stay. The owners lived right next door and were very attentive if we had any issues but never intruded on our daily routines. We would highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a short or long term stay in Indian River County. Thank you very much!

We really enjoyed our stay in sebastian. The house was clean and spacious and we were near so many different fun things to do.

Home was very spacious and pleasant, with newly renovated kitchen and bathrooms and plenty of natural sunlight. Checking in and out was a breeze. Hilda was very accommodating with our request for a second key. We would definitely book this VRBO again.

This was our second time staying at this home, and we enjoyed it just as much as we did a year ago. We have dogs, and having the fenced back yard is awesome. This house is clean, bright and in a convenient location. I cooked every night and the kitchen had all the tools I needed. The homeowner responds promptly to email, and check-in is a breeze. I wholeheartedly recommend this listing.

My husband and I rented this house for a week over Christmas and our nephew and his family also stayed with us. Hilda, our host, could not have been nicer and the house was immaculate and very spacious. We hosted our extended family for Christmas brunch and everyone was impressed with the cleanliness and decor - very beachy!! We do not have a single complaint and if we need to rent in Sebaatian again, I will definitely try to rent this one again!!

Great location in a quiet neighborhood but yet close to restaurants, shops and plenty of other things to do. The home was very clean and came with everything I would need to set-up my home away from home..It was a paradise for sure!

Clean, spacious enjoyed our stay

Spacious with plenty of room. Love the screen porch and use of the garage. Florida oh RTS were kind of dirty and hard to keep clean for some reason. Area rugs would be nice. Very limited channels for TVs. Size of TV in family room was ok. Bedrooms TVs a little small. The owner runs a company next door. The workers were nice and non disruptive. The owner at the site was always very kind. Overall a nice home.

This home absolutely exceeded our expectations! We stay in Sebastian once a year and this was hands down the it comfortable and clean place we have stayed. We had so much room for our children to play and enjoy! There were so many small little extra things that made this home so special! And it was by far the largest home we have ever stayed in down there. We look forward to another trip and will definitely be staying here again. And I cannot express how clean and spacious this home was! Made our trip absolutely perfect!

The house is in excellent condition and is very spacious. Everything was super clean and up to date. Our only recommendation would be to purchase more plates, cups, and utensils. With 5 people we quickly ran out of everything and had to run the dishwasher half full. The backyard is fenced in which was perfect for our dogs. We were about a 10 minute drive to Wabasso beach and 15 min to Sebastian inlet. We also enjoyed swimming and the water slides at North County Pool.

Fantastic house for visiting family in the area. Owner was responsive, and the house was perfect for our needs.

My wife and I enjoyed our 5 night stay there. The home was spotless and comfortable. The home was extremely easy to find off I-95. As a suggestion to those travelers staying longer than one night bring a mattress topper with you if you have difficulty sleeping on a firm or extra firm mattress. Whenever my wife and I travel we always take our 4" memory foam topper with us.

The house was perfect in every way. Clean Clean Clean. The TV’s and the AC were amazing. Being able to put my car in garage every night was wonderful. I have stayed in over 30 VRBO’s and this one ranks at the top of my favorites. The size of the bedrooms and living spaces was fantastic. I highly recommend this house to anyone.
