The pathway from the main road to the villa is quite steep and narrow

The host was super nice and helped us with everything we needed! The view from the property is breathtaking, you can relax and enjoy the sunset from your terrace! A perfect place to stay on Kea island, we ll definitely visit again!

The last meters of the road leading to the property are a bit rough, you need a high car to reach it easily but it is worth it!

We (group of 11) booked this property in urgent at 4am, at 8am we called the manager, she was ABROAD but did all what she could to help us: sending cleaners, helping with car renting... we were able to rent car and arrived at 10am! So again, thank you so much for your help, u saved our trip! -The road though look small but large enough for a midsize 4x4 to drive comfortably (we had a Dacia Duster), the road is not easy but doable, go slow and take large corners at the 180s. We are used to small mountainous roads so it was not a probs even with a bigger fullsized 4x4 but for in-experienced driver it's worth mentioning. -The property itself is beautiful, clean, well equipped, the beds are nice and comfy. (Don't forget to switch on the water heater!) you may experience water flow interruption time to time for the pump to operate (TETRAPOLIS KEOS should correct this). I def want to go back and highly recommend this property to other travelers. The manager is GREAT so I think the key to best your stay is to communicate with her and ask all your questions.

Amazing view, unique atmosphere, lovely swimming pool, impeccable host... last but not least TRUE architecture (not only high quality or "luxurious"...). This accommodation offers an overall great experience and a first rate option if you plan to visit the island of Kea, not only for families but for groups of friends and couples as well.

We stayed her in April pre season the basement felt slightly damp but there are heaters. We can confirm the hand shower and the road could be better.

The shower issue ends up being just a small detail compared to how great this place is! Staying there was absolutely incredible. Sotiria, the hostess, is super helpful and kind. On top of that, the house itself is perfect: cozy, spacious, nicely decorated and well equipped. The pool is awesome too. Even if shared with other houses, it's big enough so everyone can have a nice time there. Finally, the view is breathtaking, you can't get tired of admiring the beautiful sea and Tzia's landscapes. Watching the sunset there is simply dreamy. We lived unforgettable moments!

A small point of improvement would be the bathroom. The shower has a good pressure, but there are no glass /curtains, what makes the bathroom flood sometimes. The host says she already ordered a glass, so this should be solved soon. A good thing would be to also have a support for the hose so we don't have to hold it the entire time while showering.
